### "A great products and very reasonably priced"

Relatively easy to set and use. Great UK support with any issues normally being rectified the same day.

Pros

Initial low cost and the ability to control stock inventory, produce invoices and financial reports.

Cons

Initial the inability to produce assemblies of related parts but this feature has recently been introduced.

Cons

We have had a few issues with stock levels but this is just teething problems as our company grew.

### "Great software that cannot add up"

The software looked great, was easy to use and setup until the first generated invoice came back from a customer advising the VAT amount is wrong. The software adds the sub total up correctly but cannot add 20% to this figure accurately resulting in a small discrepancy with every invoice. Someone's only a few pence out but over the course of a year, the VAT paid would be incorrect by a concerning amount. Support staff have advised they are right and a chartered account is wrong. Manual confirmation of the figures show VAT is NOT 20% on top of sub total.

Thank you for your review John. What I believe our support representative was trying to explain was that 20% VAT on a sale of £9.99 inc VAT cannot be represented to a whole penny. In other words, 9.99 / 1.2 = 8.325. So to display this on an invoice requires that some rounding takes place (small value VAT rounding) as the smallest unit of currency is a penny and in this example you can't invoice for half a pence. VAT receipts from even the largest of UK companies often have penny VAT rounding issues, this is the nature of the beast I'm afraid.

Really happy with the system works well for us and would recommend to others. I have always found the support on the few occasiobs I have needed it to be really excellent.

Pros

A great, integrated system that allows us to manage retail operation, POS and inventory control. It allows us a straightforward way to submit MTD VAT returns.

Cons

Initially the learning curve, however, this would be true of any system.

It seemed to provide the best, most user friendly system that was available.

Updated the company into the 21st century. Was able to train staff that had no PC experience as the system is very user-friendly with great back office support from Easify. Able to create and design a system to suit our needs. Able to run a business from 2 locations and individuals from sites due to the cloud system.

Pros

Allows us to design and create the software system to how we want it. Very user-friendly, strong support from the Easify team. Easify has huge potential and can see the growth it will achieve. I like the fact that I have full control over the product and don't need to rely on an outside company to make changes for me.

Cons

Easify allows the customer to design and create a POS system to suit their needs, therefore, some input is required from the customer to set it up however support is provided all the way to make the process as smooth as possible. There is nothing I like least about it. Best product for us.

Cons

interaction with accounting software, would love it to link into quickbooks for my accountant

Very good, easy to use, not hard to navigate & well developed.

Pros

flexibility, easy to use, saves time, & good support when needed

Cons

The time it takes to update the prices of goods from our suppliers when they provide us with a price update. crashing when you go to change the cost column of the unit item but forget to add a value then click in the comment or elsewhere on the open order. causes a crash & you loose the works unsaved.

We have been using Easify for two of our retail business site now for a few years and would not go anywhere else as the product and service are 2nd to none.

Pros

Easy to use with great support by people that know the product

Cons

There were a few minor issues when we first setup the software but with regular updates everything is running smooth

Amazing service from the start, the software and the support you get can not give it a value because they always there to help you, they try to fulfil customers request and all upgraded features they do based on customers feedback and request are free.

Pros

Software covers everything you need to start a business from accounting to purchasing and customer database. The most important that it give you the ability to upgrade to online amazing features that your business need it to grow.

Cons

May be needed a customer database notes system that allow you to book a customer call time slot.

### "First class service every time "

Pros

It runs my website. And it an epos and stock control and mobile epos work very well at events we do and the stock is updated automatically when we sell a product on the website. Adding new stock hit the button it on the website and the till straight away

Cons

Well, there not much to say about the cons. It works support is top class and very help full if there is a problem contact themand sorted very fast

Great product, saves us so much time, especially when listing products online as it links to our e-Commerce shop.

Pros

It took us a very short time to get used to the software and it was easy to get up and running. Their support staff are helpful and reply to emails very quickly preventing unnecessary delays. Plus it links to our e-Commerce shop and it saves us so much time listing our products online. A great product, especially for the money - We wouldn't use anything else!

Cons

There's not a lot we don't like about however if it had a bill of materials feature it would be very useful.

Early days, but so far most satisfactory.

Pros

Clearly labelled function buttons, easy to follow instructions and good help sections. Comprehensive coverage of all the requirements for a small business.

Cons

There are certain features that would be desirable ( price list / product selection) but I believe they are constantly looking to improve.

Reason for choosing Easify

Cost was a major consideration, but also upon contact, the very friendly reception.

As a new start up the support I've received has been excellent, I've even had support at the weekend which was over and above my expectations.

Pros

Once you are familiar with the system and it's operation the management of inventory & invoices is simple

Cons

As with any new system it's daunting at first but becomes second nature once you use it

Reason for choosing Easify

I was looking for a piece of software to manage inventory & accounts and easify manages both. Others softwares appear to be either accounts packages with a slight inventory package or the reverse. Easify does really do both
