I worked using chase for over a year. And I enjoyed the system and how easy it was to access the application.

Pros

I liked that the calls came in with ease and was hardly any down time. The wait time was able to be adjusted as well

Cons

If we ever had problems with the system . Getting ahold of chase to help with trouble shooting.

I overall like how the system helps me with keeping things organized. This is especially helpful in keeping the conversation with my client very smooth, being able to transition to each section of questions I need to ask my customers. In other words, the system helps with the communication with my customers, not sound like it's just a transaction.

Pros

I really liked being able to enter the customer's information on one side of the screen, while the system automatically filled out that necessary information on the other side of the screen. This made it easier to finalize the paperwork during the time of sale.

Cons

The system had some minor cliches. If there is any minor disturbance in the internet connection, the system would immediately drop my call, and I had to call my customers back. I was first thinking that it's maybe just on my end with the internet connection. However, when I switched to "Convoso" platform, I was not experiencing as many drop calls like I did with Chase.

Pros

Customer support is always quick and helpful, there are a lot of reporting features that work well.

Cons

Can be difficult to understand at first, the interface could be more easy to understand and easy to navigate.
