I worked with number of system, some bad and some good. This is one of the most cumbersome and very quickly you won't feel like you are getting value for money. Pros I can do accounting on it. Very quickly loosing patience with it and am quite frustrated that I selected it. Cons Well, I had no other option but to downgrade the system due to excessive pricing upon contract renewal, plus the atrocious communication in explaining new pricing is based on number of users. Utter nonsense and completely underhanded. They have you lock in and they do take full advantage of it. E.g. For one of the issues I raised this year with support I was told the system does what it was programmed to do. That's great for them, but for me to get accurate item's last cost information I had to create a work around product code which I called AIQ nonsense out of utter frustration. It handles intercompany transactions and multi currency reporting with ease. Group level reporting is efficient and reduces manual effort during month end. These features made managing multiple entities much more streamlined. Cons What I liked least about AccountsIQ is the outdated and sometimes clunky user interface. Navigating between modules can feel slow and unintuitive at times. Initial setup was complex and required a lot of support input. System speed also lags occasionally, especially during peak periods. Cons As of late, AIQ has been running slow which does mean we're less productive but this does only last half an afternoon or so, but this overlooks the pros!
