"It works, and when it doesn't they change it for you"
Overall: Purchasing, Invoicing, Inventory Control, Work Order, Repair Orders, Test Equipment Tracking, Manual tracking, Timesheet functions, Security features, PDF/WORD/EXCEL exports and tons of reports...... Its not the fanciest software, mainly because its based on older tech, but it does pretty much everything you could want for a AMO/MRO shop for a very competitive price. (It has a multitude of A/C operator functions as well we just don't use those so I cannot comment on them). Best part is if you feel it is missing something Colleen and Pete will work with you to create additional modules or reports for again a VERY reasonable price.
Pros: Relatively simple, un-cluttered interface. Deep feature set, and excellent support where custom work is embraced without issue or exorbitant cost
Cons: Being based on older software (FoxPro) it is limited in some features (limited Rich text editing, no charting, no Web features). However you can export data to other programs to get some of those features.
