### "Terrible Product - Important features are missing"

Pros

The family room is cool. Documentation tool is okay.

Cons

The support team is not able to implement any customizations and tries to sell you on how "easy" it is to do things the long way since they are missing basic features (we're talking 4 hours vs. 15 minutes if the feature existed). Once you create a plan of care, you can not apply universal updates to the plans of care for all shifts. You have to update each individual shift, and the system is kind of slow,so it can take hours to update 25 shifts in a 24/7 schedule. This alone is taking many hours of my time each week. There are also many other important features that just do not exist. Do yourself a favor and choose ANYTHING other than this.

Clearcare is easy to use system that comes with functional and accessible tools. The tracking system for Applicants/Caregivers lets you see if you have duplicated an employee. Although when the actual applicant applies online it does not stop them from applying multiple times. The assessment plans for the clients is also very thorough and you can easily match a caregiver to a client based on their needs.

Pros

User friendly, support is always there. It is nice that the family can keep in touch as well. Billing is easy.

Cons

It is a hassle when a caregiver calls in and have change the caregiver you have remove the prior one.

I have reviewed other systems for my home care needs and found that ClearCare offered more detailed information from the CRM, Clients, Caregivers, Payroll, Billing, and KPI. I could go on and on about all of the advantages that ClearCare has above the others. The reports are easy to run and they are self explanatory so that my office staff can understand. We are all involve into setting goals. ClearCare makes it is easy for staff to take progress and what action steps to take to make goal. Just when you thought the system could not be any better, there comes a new system update! The others cannot compare.

We started using ClearCare a couple years ago. Our owner, Janet, received a call from one of their salespeople. He was very knowledgeable, thorough, and low pressure. We had previously been doing our scheduling via paper. Using ClearCare was much simpler and faster. It gets our schedules out to the caregivers and clients in real time. The time we have saved has given us the ability to grow our client and caregiver base. They are always making improvements to make things run smoother. Their support staff is always friendly and helpful. They genuinely care. We love using ClearCare and recommend it 100%.

Pros

No matter what issue I have Clear Care is always getting back to me on how to fix my problem. Even if I don't have a problem but simply don't know how to run a particular report, they help with that too!

Cons

I don't like the fact that sometimes it does take more than a few minutes to load large amounts of data.

Pros

I am able to be organized and have client and caregiver information, notes, and schedules all in one place. I love that my caregivers get texted and emailed a shift reminder. The staff is great about helping with issues when you call in. They are friendly and quick.

Cons

I don't like that there is no place to put a client's date of birth because we often need it for insurance purposes, and if it was a field like social, it would be great for one-stop shopping.

ClearCare was easy to learn and get started on. Their customer support was excellent in helping us migrate our data over and learn the processes of scheduling, charting, payroll processing, and billing. The platform is clean and modern looking, without too many tabs or graphics to clutter the page. The few times we have had issues (which were mostly user error), we have submitted requests to customer support which have been answered and remedied within the hour. All processes are easy to use, so not only do our administrators love ClearCare, our caregivers enjoy using it as well.

Features are what we need and the product is easy to use and navigate. We like how easy it is to integrate with Quickbooks.

Cons

Not having a phone app up and running is a bit of an inconvenience. We actually have to call a toll free number to clock in/out.

Pros

The software is user-friendly. I am able to manage my caregivers and open shift easily. The vendor was very honest, trying to find the best software for my business. The HR component is very helpful; it reminds caregivers and me when credentials are expiring.

Cons

Maybe because I am new, I would like to customize more functionalities, for example the Assessment Plan of Care and some reports. The task dictionaries are very cumbersome.

Pros

Ease of use. You can simply do everything that you need within your company and stay completely organized. You don't have to go to many different software systems to get, for example, a copy of a caregiver's documents, schedule tasks for yourself or others, check scheduled shifts, review applicants, etc. Everything is right there for you to use.

Cons

I really can't say that there is something that I like least about this product.

Before working in home care, I worked in the medical field using various electronic medical record systems. From working with those systems to ClearCare, the difference is night and day. ClearCare is easily customizable, and the fact that the scheduling, billing, payroll, client, and caregiver records are all in one place keeps everything running very smoothly.

Cons

I really don't have anything negative to say about ClearCare.

This software reall changed the way I do business. I had used othe programs, but often had trouble trying to export the data to my Quickbooks system. I have never had any issues exporting data with Clearcare. The Family Room feature has been a tremendous selling point my agency. This has enabled us to really differentiate ouselves from our competition. The ability to house all of the essential tracking and scheduling from one software has really streemlined our process and made us as more efficient then ever in our 12 years of business.

ClearCare is extremely easy to use and straightforward, yet comprehensive of our needs for managing a complex Home Care workforce.

Cons

We have some unique requirements as a public-funded provider, particularly with our caregiver training requirements. ClearCare has been taking note of them, however, and I expect that after another 3-4 months, we'll have solutions. They have an excellent customer service team.

Through the Applicant and Caregiver section, it notifies you of duplicate entries in regards to hiring. Seeing if a person has applied or been hired previously.

Cons

The system does not always show you Inactive Caregivers or applicants, only occasionally.

ClearCare was easy to learn and is very user friendly. Customer Service response time is very good and I appreciate getting answers quickly so I can move on. The company is also open to suggestions for improvements that will make it more functional. In the Client Liaison position I particularly appreciate that I can keep track of all my Prospects, be reminded of my upcoming 'to-do's' with the Administrator Tasks and follow their progress once they become our client.
