The ease of doing even the most difficult task is beyond awesome. The ability to set guidelines for billing and payroll procedures assures accuracy. We love the fact that we are able to afford this product. Being considered a small business, it's a very affordable product.

Cons

There really isn't anything that we dislike about ClearCare. Its simply awesome.

Pros

The scheduling interface is wonderful and easy to use. The overall system is very intuitive. The telephony system and logs are easy to use and access. The support team is wonderful to work with and always very helpful and responsive.

Cons

The available reports could be expanded. There are many reports available, but they could use some expansion.

Pros

Their customer service is fantastic! You can access ClearCare anywhere there is internet access. Most conveniently, for a 6 am call out for shift, I can handle it all on my iPhone from bed! Now that's convenient!

Cons

There are many little things that could change. But they are very proactive and are constantly updating and improving ClearCare.

Clear Care has been a life saver for our company. It is user friendly and it documents everything you do. You are able to customize it based on the needs of your company. It is constantly updating and keeping up with changes in, in home health. Some of the examples, are UB-04 forms, help you monitor anyone over 40 hours, mileage and travel time. I love the system and you will see the benefits of using clear care for your company needs.

ClearCare was the third software solution we selected. It has been head and shoulders above the others. Staff actually uses it because it's so easy and intuitive which saves time and money. Loaded with great features and guides to research best practices and fix common mistakes. Support is not quite at your fingertips but they respond in a reasonable time frame and resolve issues promptly. The best part is.... it actually works!

Pros

It is so user-friendly.

Cons

The software needs to be "fixed" so that when applicants have been employed elsewhere and are deactivated for any reason, they are not able to apply to a new facility with that same phone number or email address. They currently have to actually contact their previous employer to delete that info from their file.

I really like how user friendly and detailed ClearCare is displayed. The application is simple with all the info I need as a Recruiter. I also like that I can click and upload pertinent documents for their personnel file. Another feature is the way I can have alerts for when our caregivers certifications are about to expire. Overall, I don't have any cons at this time. Just happy with the system process!

Cons

Built, it seems, for the vast majority of home care agencies (smaller size) but with a few work-arounds, can work for a large agency quite well!

I can't say enough good things about ClearCare from a back-office perspective. It has greatly simplified payroll and invoicing functions for our senior care division. I love directing our clients to the family room when they have inquiries about their charges. They can easily see the times and dates we provided care. ClearCare has added a level of professionalism that we were missing before.

Pros

I believe that the best feature of ClearCare is that it is user friendly; training new employees on the features and functionality of ClearCare is easy to understand. This saves us time on training costs and allows our new employees to immediately utilize ClearCare.

Cons

The system, as with any technology, sometimes fails, making customer support essential to resolving any issues. Homecare is 24 hours a day, so the only issue is that there is no after-hours support should the system malfunction.

Very user-friendly and easy to navigate, even for non-technical staff. Affordable for even the smallest agencies or ones just starting out. Also, the customer service is top-notch.

Cons

Updating schedules after they are entered as ongoing, you may end up changing all shifts when you meant to update just one.

I like the simplicity of use and the quickness in response to requests for assistance. I was even contacted on a Sunday by ClearCare when an issue arose in the system.

Cons

So far, nothing has disappointed. The staff at ClearCare are always available, and the product has changed the way we do business.

There needs to be better integration with the iPhone. Also, I would like a column on the caregiver page that you can customize information or show if they are hourly or live in.

Well, the only thing I can think of is to change the phone number format on the back of the Caregiver badges. Right now, the phone number has no dashes (e.g. 8888888888). The printing is so small it's hard to read without dashes. It needs to read 888-888-8888.

ClearCare is an awesome point-of-care system that allows agencys' to stay on top of client care. This system has significantly changed our delivery of care to the point where scheduling is so easy and allows our families to keep in contact with their loved one without having to call them or call the agency. This is a must system for all private duty companies.
