Once I became familiar via extensive use, it has been fairly easy to navigate and process documents. Pros Efficient software once you get familiar. Cons Work flow could use more options however that is just coordination that should happen to us as users and MySmartPlans and related consultants. This has allowed all stake holders the ability to view documents behind secure firewalls. Pros The system is very user friendly and intuitive. We can add team members to the system with very little training. Cons Formally we were unable to sort RFI's and Submittals, however I believe this has been rectified by the introduction of a new module called Submittal EZ. Pros I like how easy it is to use, download is very quick, customer service is above and beyond. When something is uploaded or change you are notified immediately. Cons Often times there are a lot of folders pick from and it can get confusing. Would be helpful if there was one folder that states "Current" instead of having to open folder after folder to find what is most current. It's great having all of the construction project's information and documentation in one place. The closeout dashboard is invaluable for our shop personnel to access documents for future maintenance of the projects. The MSP Staff are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
