Comments: Our rep provided 1-1 training that allowed me to successfully train management staff. TalentPeak System was user-friendly and made the process flow easily. Whenever I had any concerns or issues Ron was always accessible and with a positive attitude. I would definitely encourage other companies to use this Performance Management Software.

Comments: I manage 6 businesses that cover both white and blue collar workers. Trying to find a product that works for all areas of the business is difficult, as there are a wide variety of technical competencies amongst the workforce. This product fits them all! I have field construction workers, plant workers, vice presidents, foremen, project managers, etc., who are all able to utilize the system with it's user friendly design. The easier it is to use, the more willing they are to use the system.

Additionally users can access TalentPeak while on the job from any mobile device or from a central kiosk computer. TalentPeak is available anytime, anywhere by anybody.

Comments: I started an initiative over a year ago to get all of my companies, 5, onto an electronic platform. Each company, mostly under 50 employees, wanted something different for their performance management system. TP was amenable to create separate databases for each company, which was key in our vendor selection. Ron Hiller and his team went beyond any normal expectation of support from a small client, which is why I would recommend them to anyone.

My only disappointment is the goal manager seemed somewhat convoluted for me. I'm working through with Ron and his team but we have not implemented that as much as I would like to have done. I also would like to be able to customize the open ended questions for each user, but we have worked through that also. This just reflects the flexibility of the system.

Training from TP was key and they did not disappoint and were available for webinars and go to meetings at every single request. I work for a company with a support team for software, so my expectation was somewhat high, and I was not disappointed.

Comments: The pro to having such a software for supervisor's perspective, it's paperless, notes are easy to track, and emails document conversations. The learning module help eliminate lost training certifications and documentation. Plus, it helps employees keep track of their own professional development plan.

Belinda has single handedly implemented TalentPeak Performance Management with the Learning Management and the Summit Goal Management Modules for the Parks and Recreation Department at the City of Alexandria VA. while tending to all of her other copious responsibilities. She and her department of 100 employees are now in their second year of using the TalentPeak cloud based solution.

Comments: The product is a good start to a more consistent and standard process here at the bank.
It took a lot of time for me to use it, as I had to modify the default settings for each employee.

Ron was an EXCELLENT help in the process. Very patient and knowledgable.
