"We love Iclass!"

**Overall:** Great! As I said, Customer service is top notch. The support site is great, and iclass is always adding features !

**Pros:** The customer Service is amazing, and the features are always increasing. I love that we can chat, and email! I love the search feature, and the new audit log on the families.

**Cons:** I cant print a calendar :) Some of the reports are hard to set, to get consistent information. I also would love to set hours for staff that doesnt tie to a class.

**Reasons for Choosing iClassPro:** The unlimited families capacity. I didnt want to have to remove families.

"iclasspro Review "

**Pros:** How many functions are in one site. The ability to schedule, staff, run reports all in one space is convenient.

**Cons:** Frequent site crashes or lags which do not allow us to continue utilizing the site or the features.
