Very positive experience with iClassPro overall. Easy setup process and information transfer with help of customer service reps. The cons for the system are minimal compared to the pros. Cloud based system keeps information safe and available from anywhere.

Pros

Constantly evolving and improving and adding features. Wonderful customer service. Comprehensive solution for scheduling lessons and birthday parties, customer management and online access for parents and staff.

Cons

Notes are difficult to work with because there isn't one simple place to see or search for them for account related information, student information, enrollment information, etc. There isn't a designated option for managing private lessons. Mass text messages can't be sent from the 'classes' page and filtering specific classes or days is cumbersome at best in the 'family' and 'student' pages and that is important for contacting specific classes for cancellations, make-ups, etc.

Overall the software is great, it manages the students charges and families with ease. It never gives me any trouble, there are no significant bugs, and small ones get fixed once the team is notified.

Pros

I think IClassPro is the best software for managing a Swim School, its consistently updating with useful features, such as autopilot. This saves us administrative time, and makes life very easy.

Cons

I still think that its missing some key integrations features such as with banking's software's, Zapier and other things that many other software have had for years.

### "One of the best platforms for our industry"

Really good platform and probably one of the best out there that is specific to our industry. I would like to see more sophisticated reporting functions as we are at the point of wanting to scale and measure in more detail.

Pros

Love the Parent portal where families can access assessment outcomes and news. It's one of the main reasons we moved across to ICP. They are proactive in helping whenever we need and are welcoming of any feedback. The uniform shop is really good too. Easy to integrate into website and customise headings. Most of the reporting and customer financial set up is pretty good. It covers the basics of what any studio / club would need.

Cons

Would like more detailed reports for assessments, trials and conversions. As well as financial reports that can break down which families are on what payment structure and help us project ahead for budgeting purposes. Would be good to have a feature for customers to enter their government voucher number upon enrolment so make the systems more automated. Would love to see ICP use a timetable view instead of list view for website integration.

ICP had extra features we wanted from thinksmart such as assessments and uniform shop. Thinksmart had a better financial function for customers and had the timetable view on website which converts more customers as it was clear and easy to use however the functions it was missing made our job much more manual whereas ICP has been good for automation and systemisation.

Helping operate 4 different location's enrollments, class inventory & athlete attendance alongside tracking customer retention in ONE place is aWEsome! Printing usable reports on the back side with the ability for customers to view live enrollments/availability on our website is invaluable! THANK YOU ICLASS!

1/. I will be looking into the iClass payroll system THIS month! Although WE just revamped our process... I am interested in learning HOW the iClass structure aligns with current staff schedules, the ability to ADD extra team practices & staff meetings for hourly employees! 2/. I am interested in a "document upload portal," to the family account! SPECIFICALLY a secure place for doctor's documents/parent notes/emails/ etc. that can be accessed by staff & leadership securely (EX: Doctor's activity restriction/clearance & important parents emails/text message screenshots)! 3/. Sending MASS EMAILS from an iPhone seems to be a very hard process in iClass... specifically using the font updates & document attachment options! Will you help?

I couldn't be happier! I have used this service at multiple locations for well over a decade, and recommend it highly!

Pros

I really like a number of the features (like skill charting, for one) - but I truly LOVE the great customer service! It's not just the best in the industry - it is, quite simply, the best! At a time when so many companies are sending their customer service departments out of the country, iClassPro has kept theirs here, which has resulted in a wonderful support system for users who have questions and want to get an accurate answer, quickly, on the first call.

Cons

Every now and then, it logs me out when I don't want to be logged out. I(t's a minor inconvenience, and well worth tolerating in comparison with all the good features about this service and this company.

It was good, we left on a positive note and was satisfied with the product. It had more then we needed but not everything we needed.

Pros

Software was easy to learn, the app for parent and staff was very user friendly and easy to use. Reports were easy to access and find, customer service was prompt and onboarding sessions were easy to follow and a great tool.

Cons

The cost, did not have all the features that we needed for our company, scheduling classes took more time then other booking sites.

Great! We’re so happy we made the switch from proschool. This program is better for our business and much easier to manage for our office staff

Pros

Whenever we have a question, we can reach out to the live chat and have a solution in minutes. They’re always making valuable updates to their software to improve the product and fix bugs. It’s impressive to see a company that cares more about keeping customers than getting new ones!

Cons

I dislike the process of updating our waivers. I wish it didnt show in attendance that they were missing their waiver because it’s hard to get 2000 students to sign between their next class. Also a few of the reports are hard to navigate, but I eventually get it. Also blackout dates are confusing to set.

Overall, we are extremely happy with iCP. There are several things we wish they would implement and we will continue to ask.

Pros

The ease of enrollment and processing is great! Parents are able to enroll, pay, request to unenroll, etc all without staff. The online portal is great for ProShop as well.

Cons

NO AUTOMATED BILLING! Having to manually bill is a time consuming task that should have been automated long ago. The parties function is great, however if you want to book a party that isn't set in the system for that time it is difficult and frustrating. Their roadmap is great, however, some things they say are coming have been coming for years. Be honest about your progress with things. If you want to do them, great! Just don't say that it's coming with minimal updates

Everything! From the ease of use in every aspect to the support staff! OH THE SUPPORT STAFF! If I could work anywhere else, I would beg to work there! Everyone has the best attitude and are so professional!

We wish there was an actual physical conference we could go to and meet other iClassPro users as well as ask questions!

I like that it is user friendly for both the customer and the administrator. The set up wizards really walk you thru everything.

Cons

The cost seems like a lot. Some of it is out of their control when it comes to the credit card processing fees. I would like to see other options for processing - not just the one available.

It is the easiest to navigate and user friendly for both the staff and customers. Their customer service is outstanding!

The appointments feature for private lessons and their parties feature are still not as easy to navigate and connected to the other pages as much as I am used to.

Overall very good. New concepts are slow to roll out. Would love to fully understand what this all has to offer just haven’t had time to unpack it.

Pros

It takes care of the vast majority of my requirements to run my service based company. Generating NACHA is an ultimate money saver for gyms over 500 clients.

Cons

Wish this had a complete social networking capability bringing website, phone app, and social media together in one package. So my clients had one stop shop for information.

Reason for choosing iClassPro

1-NACHA Jackrabbit seemed to have a little more flexibility with setup but learning a new software is cumbersome. GoMotion doesn’t have everything together yet. Forcing me to use their limited ability to meet my needs. Very credit card oriented for client payments which is costly. Also cost fluctuates and is based on my income. Which is a lose win for me as a client.

Wonderful, genuinely an enjoyable experience.

Pros

iClassPro is probably the most intuitive software I have used. Most, if not everything, is labeled well or has easily understood symbology. Any kind of creation or editing is easy and can be done in mass as well. The couple of times I've found bugs or things not work the way I thought it should, the issues were resolved quickly.

Cons

There are some intricacies that are a mild frustration to get around, but I think this is usually just for our use case.

I have an overall positive experience with iclass pro and i'm not going to lie, I have explored other companies just to see if anyone offers the feature I have been talking about...and the only company that comes close is Sports Engine...they offer something similar to what I'm saying but it's not enough to change at this time, especially because I'm hoping there's SOMETHING you guys can come up with...not sure if it's possible but maybe.

Pros

I love the customer service. Someone is always available and my favorite feature is the online chat. I also love that they listen to our feedback and are constantly coming up with new features and improving.

Cons

1)That a parent has to create an account in order to sign up for a class or a camp. In other words, If I send out an email and I write "REGISTER NOW", I want them to just be able to click the link and register by filling out a form. Customers don't want to waste any time. So I feel like we lose people because they don't want to waste time and "create an account"...So what i've done every year preparing for our big summer camp registration dates is I create a form on WIX and then parents fill out that form and then I manually transfer everything to Iclass pro which is so time consuming. We have a pretty big following on instagram, so my husband (the main trainer) will post it and do a "Swipe up"...so the parent is automatically signing up. If he were to do a "swipe up" on instagram and it leads you to a "sign in" or "create account" page...we would lose over 70% of the people who swipe up. I know this because we have tried doing that and it just doesn't get as many customers registered compared to simple registering at that exact moment. (I'm aware the parent would waste LESS time if they just signed in, but they don't want to). 2) That I have to manually bill and send statements every month and there's no way to automate the process where it's automatic. I would also love if there was an automated system that sends parents emails every other day if they owe money on their account. 3) The staff portal is not as cool or good as the Parent portal App that just came out.

Overall, we've had an excellent experience with this program, and can't imagine running a large facility without it. The phone/online support is one of the best features. If I can't figure out how to implement something, or have issues...the staff is always friendly and helpful. I typically get very prompt answers to my questions. When an issue is complex, someone always follows up once the issue has been resolved.

Pros

iClass is very versatile. There's usually more than one way to achieve specific, detailed information for reports/research. It makes it possible to oversee a large number of tasks in a variety of areas simultaneously. (Registration, payments, accounts receivable, class/party/camp management, etc.) Having separate staff and office portals is another great feature, along with the ability to assign specific permissions to each staff member.

Cons

We opened a second location with a second iClass account and tried having them on the same website. It did not go well. We eventually closed the second account and are now operating both locations on one account. This means we have to be very diligent about communication with our members as to which location events/classes are being held at.

I like the ease of use and how easy it is to connect with service representatives at any time. I also love the way that we can do everything ourselves and do not have to wait for someone else to update it like other systems.

Cons

I do not like that we can not add pictures to Iclass classes without having to use levels.

Overall we have been very pleased with iClassPro and look forward to further updates and features it has to offer.

Pros

iClassPro is very user friendly on the customer side. Potential clients can easily see what classes/times are available, and can add themselves to waiting lists for full classes with ease. This makes our admin task much more streamlined and easier to manage. The ProShop is also a great way to maximise sales of merchandise.

Cons

From the admin end it can be quite complicated to set up various features - often you have to have multiple boxes ticked in roder to have a feature work - and those boxes might be in completely different sections of the set up. It isn't always the most intuitive or logical set up

Overall we are satisfied with having chosen iClassPro.

Pros

It is very comprehensive and covers most of the bases. It is extremely convenient to have all of our enrollment, client communication, billing and more all in one place. The customer support is excellent and they are frequently updating, fixing problems and adding new features. Billing and payment processing is highly effective.

Cons

There are a few holes that we would like to see filled that would help us better serve our customers. We would like to see a private lesson scheduler as there is currently not a user friendly way to set up single, one-on-one sessions with an instructor (we currently use the camp section but it is tricky and presents several issues.) There is also not a way to sell (book and charge) for a single class or single day of camp (you can set up a POS for these things but it then doesn't record the enrollment or attendance.) It would be nice to set up a price per day in camps (if there is, we haven't figured it out.) We are anxiously waiting for the kiosk app to come to Android, but are told that it is on the way. The merchant service processing fees feel a bit high, but in the end it is worth it. Would be nice if they offered reductions for long-standing or high-volume customers, but it is most likely the same anywhere. Being able to integrate a card processing service of choice would be nice, but understandably unlikely.

Pretty good. Substitute instructor feature is nice. Interfacing with QB will be nice. Been hoping for that or an open API for over a decade.

Pros

Enrollment tracking. Parent portal - looks like an app, not like a web application from the 1990s like jack rabbit.

Cons

The calendar doesn't display well. Classes occurring at the same time don't show up side by side.
