Pros It is pretty easy to follow. Like the use of credit card payments. Cons I wish there was training on the software. Anytime I have a question, I call or message them through iclasspro and they help me immediately. It is also nice that it is one flat rate for any amount of customers you add to your program. We went from a pen and paper system to using iClassPro in a matter of a few days. Customer support walked us through each step and spent time tailoring the program to meet our needs. The support team continues to be invaluable when questions or issues arise. iClassPro is was a great value when we signed up a few years ago and has gotten better ever since! Cons Honestly, the only negative thing I can say is that there are so many features that we haven't even begun to scratch the surface of the program's full potential. This has made it simple for parents to register, request drops or class changes, and more! Pros I like how the parent portal is easily customized! We love the ease of drops, registrations, payments or class changes. It's all very straight forward and we like that! Cons It's been difficult getting good replies about issues we have with the software. We'd like to be able to have people register for one class at a time, such as a punch card type system, which we were told iclass couldn't do. The skill charts have been challenging to figure out. February 19, 2019 5.0 Easy to create reports, process hundreds of autopay clients with a single click and send receipts! Pros I enjoy that they have made upgrades that I found valuable. Things decreased the overall time I had to spend getting a job done. I trust the system and there are safeguards in place to make sure the clients aren't charged twice, for example. Cons Some of the cons have been fixed within the last year. For example, it's much easier to refund a credit card after the charge was processed. From ease of use, customizing for my business and overall customer support - never met a problem that they couldn't resolve. Pros The ease of use and attention to customer needs. IClass offers creative solutions to customizing the use for my business's unique needs. Cons Difficult to say, probably look forward to more options for parties. I would like to see options for overlapping events and participant RSVP. Pros Keeping track of my classes and the online sign up. Cons I do not use a lot of the features (Ex. Online attendance) that I could and should if I had the time to train staff. I do plan on using in the future. I am now using the time clock and my employees are getting better at using it. My parents have a hard time understanding the statements. I am constantly explaining charges and what payments were applied to what. I would like to be able to print out invoices for certain charges. Review Source Scott S. February 19, 2019 5.0 Pros As a gymnastics gym owner the software makes it easy to manage your staff, track your business programs and progress, and communicate and report to your customers. We like that you can do everything from payments to refunds to payroll and staffing while building your business. Cons We like the new App they’re rolling out currently, but it doesn’t link with the clients’ accounts just yet and there isn’t one for coaches and owners that we can access our classes and database information more easily. Some times though we have had issue with the team billing since we do it in blocks and we have to go in and fix them manually. Pros The ease of the automated billing, the ability for people to schedule and sign up for classes on line. Cons I don't like that I can not reset the password for people anymore. Next season (May 2020), I will be looking into other options such as Jack Rabbit, Amilia, Gems Up, etc. Pros Very few softwares existed for my unique business (All Star cheerleading and tumbling), and this caters to our business. Cons There are multiple glitches. If an athlete signs up mid-month for that month to be prorated in the Parent Portal, every month after that shows up at that lower prorated rate, instead of going back to normal. I have to manually change it back. The Kiosk app always logs out when the kids accidentally hit the little house "Home" button, and then my front desk staff has to continuously go back and re-log in. Customizing amounts is too difficult and glitchey for me to auto-charge people. I ultimately have to go through each student one by one to ensure it is correct. Reason for choosing iClassPro It seemed it did the most for the price, but now Gems Up exists without no monthly fees. I am also considering paying more for Amilia if it has less glitches. Pros It is user-friendly, and if there are any uncertainties, the customer service is great and very helpful! Cons If I had to add something, it would be helpful to automate the annual anniversary charges to appear on the anniversary dates instead of manually doing it monthly. No biggie, but it would be helpful! Reason for choosing iClassPro CEO contacted me right away, and I was blown away that he'd call me on a weekend when I signed up for the free trial software! I'm happy that my members can use it easily as well. Pros Ease of use. Clean layout. Customer portal is great and Custom design to reflect your business colors and feel. Cons No events sign up or events calendar where people can just click and sign up for single events without creating an account. Also the account creation doesn't have customizable fields where you can choose the information you want from customers. Also you can't choose which acknowledgements you want them to click. However, it sometimes allows people to over register for classes which creates headaches for us and for our users. Pros I like the notes section where you can add information in notes with low, medium or high priority. Cons I dislike the many glitches that seem to be happening lately where things that used to work one way stop working for a while. Pros Ease of use for my staff, and that ICP is constantly adding new features to the system.
