Pros

Iclasspro offers a good student and class management system providing end to end view for scheduling, communication and pricing.

Cons

It’s not an easy tool to setup. And the first line of customer support comes across quite rigid apt stubborn.

My experience with iClassPro has been absolutely amazing! As our gym continued to grow, iClassPro grew with us, making it incredibly easy to manage the increasing number of customers. The platform scaled effortlessly alongside our business, which made a huge difference operationally. I wouldn’t consider using any other software, and I consistently recommend iClassPro to others because it truly delivers on every level.

Pros

I truly can't say enough great things about iClassPro! From the moment we started using it, the experience has been nothing short of exceptional. The platform is incredibly user-friendly, making navigation and daily tasks seamless. The onboarding training was thorough and very beneficial, leaving us feeling confident and fully equipped to move forward independently with the software. One of the standout features is how iClassPro continually updates to help save time in the office. The ability to create automated workflows using Auto Pilot for billing, anniversaries, waitlists, and more is an absolute game changer! Their support resources are top-notch. Between the interactive demos, training videos, webinars, and their amazing (and very patient!) support team, you’re never left in the dark. They make sure you not only understand the software but also feel supported as they add and improve new features to the platform. The flat-rate pricing is another huge plus. It allows you to retain past families and students for future marketing effort. This especially helpful when launching new programs or events. Finally, let’s talk about the app and customer portal. These have revolutionized our registration process! Now, 90% of registrations for classes, camps, privates, parties, and more are handled directly by families, saving us a tremendous amount of time. As you can see, I truly can't say enough about iClassPro. It’s a powerful, intuitive tool that continues to evolve and will support your success every step of the way.

Cons

I was extremely pleased with the software. I have no complaints or cons. If anything, I know I didn't use it to its fullest. I would recommend gym owners to designate time each month to the software to get the most out of it.

We've used iClassPro for over 5 years and it just keeps getting better. They truly listen to their customers and work to enhance the program to meet our needs.

Pros

iClassPro has been a game-changer for our gym! The value for our money is unbeatable as it gives us everything we need to run efficiently in one software platform. Registration is quick and simple for families using their choice of the mobile app or the customer portal, which keeps enrollment flowing smoothly. Class and student management are top-tier, making it easy to track attendance, skills, and progress. Plus, the staff portal keep our coaches organized and on schedule. It’s the best investment we’ve made for our business!

Cons

The Autopilot automations have saved me so much time. I’m hoping to see even more automations added in the future and look forward to the continued growth of this feature.

As a new user, I have enjoyed the integration and change over, as it has simplified my job. I also love the app options for mobile devices to make tracking attendance easier.

Pros

I love how all of the features are really straight forward and user friendly. It has simplified our registration process and has made class sign ups a breeze for our customers. I additionally love the attendance tracker and profile picture feature.

Cons

Creating pricing schedules for camps and clinics can be challenging. The email blast options could use some work. As emails are commonly used, that feature could use its own tab or section on the staff portal.

Accessibility to your online customer support to navigate immediate needs is invaluable! THANK YOU!!! Finally the ability for our company leaders to switch between location portals & help operate separate facilities is quick & efficient! THANK YOU!!!

Helping operate 4 different location's enrollments, class inventory & athlete attendance alongside tracking customer retention in ONE place is aWEsome! Printing usable reports on the back side with the ability for customers to view live enrollments/availability on our website is invaluable! THANK YOU ICLASS!

Cons

1/. I will be looking into the iClass payroll system THIS month! Although WE just revamped our process... I am interested in learning HOW the iClass structure aligns with current staff schedules, the ability to ADD extra team practices & staff meetings for hourly employees! 2/. I am interested in a "document upload portal," to the family account! SPECIFICALLY a secure place for doctor's documents/parent notes/emails/ etc. that can be accessed by staff & leadership securely (EX: Doctor's activity restriction/clearance & important parents emails/text message screenshots)! 3/. Sending MASS EMAILS from an iPhone seems to be a very hard process in iClass... specifically using the font updates & document attachment options! Will you help?

Excellent! We’ve used it for years across multiple programs, and it is truly simplified our daily operations. From enrollment and billing to communication and attendance tracking, it keeps everything organized and efficient. Pros

What I like most about IClass Pro is how streamlined and reliable the system is. It keeps everything in one place-attendance, billing, communication, and class scheduling - which makes managing multiple programs so much easier. It is user friendly for both staff and parents, and the customer support has always been responsive and helpful

Cons

Some of the setup and customization features can feel a little overwhelming at first. Once everything is configured, it runs smoothly, but it does take some time to fully understand all the capabilities and reports.

Great! As I said, Customer service is top notch. The support site is great, and iclass is always adding features !

Pros

The customer Service is amazing, and the features are always increasing. I love that we can chat, and email! I love the search feature, and the new audit log on the families.

Cons

I cant print a calendar :) Some of the reports are hard to set, to get consistent information. I also would love to set hours for staff that doesnt tie to a class.

### "More Customizations and Recent Changes Without Notice"

Overall experience is great. Again, I wish the reports were more customizable but they get the job done for the most part. Classes, calendar, all of that stuff works great.

Pros

Ease of use for scheduling and creating new accounts. Making new families, enrolling them, scheduling makeups all of that is very simple and straightforward

Cons

I wish there were more customization options for reports. For example, an option to only pull all active classes families are enrolled in rather than having to search for active classes within a date range. More customization for pulling reports from students, families, class tabs. The ability to pull any kind of report into the 4 offered formats. Also, for the roll sheets tab specifically, being able to have specific times selected for presets so thatyou dont have to change them everytime would be amazing. Recently, a change was made to add a captcha to the office portal when entering payment information without any advanced notice and without any notice after the change occured. With a high volume business, this adds a lot of unnecesarry time to an otherwise simple process.

### "Disappointed the past few years after being a customer of 10 years"

Was great in the the beginning when we started using iClass 10 years ago, but the customer service has not been the same with response to issues over the past few years. The responses are now delayed for over a week now, and the replies given are often not helpful. Also, there seems to be more constant issues with the program being down.

Pros

The the emails sent to parents through iClass can be seen as read or unread.

Cons

Too may new programs that gyms don't necessarily want/need and not making current programs work better (like still not being able to add a student to multiple waitlist at one time.)

iClassPro has continued to elevate their product with improved features direct from their client's feedback. We have recently added the website and had a wonderful and stress free experience building it with their developers who gave us several different options and talked us through each and every detail.

Pros

great client management software, quick customer support, constantly listening to their clients to add new and improved features

Cons

Emails sent with graphics sometimes go to spam, wish there were better capabilities to craft creative emails within the program. Also wish we could use makeup tokens across different programs like camp and not just classes.

I couldn't be happier! I have used this service at multiple locations for well over a decade, and recommend it highly!

Pros

I really like a number of the features (like skill charting, for one) - but I truly LOVE the great customer service! It's not just the best in the industry - it is, quite simply, the best! At a time when so many companies are sending their customer service departments out of the country, iClassPro has kept theirs here, which has resulted in a wonderful support system for users who have questions and want to get an accurate answer, quickly, on the first call.

Cons

Every now and then, it logs me out when I don't want to be logged out. I(t's a minor inconvenience, and well worth tolerating in comparison with all the good features about this service and this company.

We should have made the switch to iClassPro sooner. Our Onboarding experience was great (thank you Scotty!) and although we didn't feel like we were ready to be on our own, we were.

Pros

iClassPro has simplified our client servicing, streamlined our front desk operations, and we are loving it! IClassPro's Customer Service with technical questions has been great as well.

Cons

We cannot add substitute teachers to camps. I am hoping we will get an enhancement soon to allow this.

It was good, we left on a positive note and was satisfied with the product. It had more then we needed but not everything we needed.

Pros

Software was easy to learn, the app for parent and staff was very user friendly and easy to use. Reports were easy to access and find, customer service was prompt and onboarding sessions were easy to follow and a great tool.

Cons

The cost, did not have all the features that we needed for our company, scheduling classes took more time then other booking sites.

Wonderful, genuinely an enjoyable experience.

Pros

iClassPro is probably the most intuitive software I have used. Most, if not everything, is labeled well or has easily understood symbology. Any kind of creation or editing is easy and can be done in mass as well. The couple of times I've found bugs or things not work the way I thought it should, the issues were resolved quickly.

Cons

There are some intricacies that are a mild frustration to get around, but I think this is usually just for our use case.

Pros

Ease of setup and management! Customers can register themselves. Easy to process payments and alter classes if needed.

Cons

After customers register, the payment process can be confusing. Sometimes they think they have already paid just by saving a card in their account.

Pros

We have been with iClass for over 15 years and it just keeps getting better and better. We recently integrated our website and got our branded app up and running with them and they have already paid for themselves! We run our entire operations with 2 locations and over 1500 families using iClass pro and we would be lost without it! We also love their support line - everyone is so helpful and they have long hours so someone is always available for you.

Cons

We love almost all of the features - we wish they had a better birthday party waiver system but hopefully that will be coming soon!

Overall we have been very pleased with iClassPro and look forward to further updates and features it has to offer.

Pros

iClassPro is very user friendly on the customer side. Potential clients can easily see what classes/times are available, and can add themselves to waiting lists for full classes with ease. This makes our admin task much more streamlined and easier to manage. The ProShop is also a great way to maximise sales of merchandise.

Cons

From the admin end it can be quite complicated to set up various features - often you have to have multiple boxes ticked in roder to have a feature work - and those boxes might be in completely different sections of the set up. It isn't always the most intuitive or logical set up

Pretty good. Substitute instructor feature is nice. Interfacing with QB will be nice. Been hoping for that or an open API for over a decade.

Pros

Enrollment tracking. Parent portal - looks like an app, not like a web application from the 1990s like jack rabbit.

Cons

The calendar doesn't display well. Classes occurring at the same time don't show up side by side.

Great! We’re so happy we made the switch from proschool. This program is better for our business and much easier to manage for our office staff

Pros

Whenever we have a question, we can reach out to the live chat and have a solution in minutes. They’re always making valuable updates to their software to improve the product and fix bugs. It’s impressive to see a company that cares more about keeping customers than getting new ones!

Cons

I dislike the process of updating our waivers. I wish it didnt show in attendance that they were missing their waiver because it’s hard to get 2000 students to sign between their next class. Also a few of the reports are hard to navigate, but I eventually get it. Also blackout dates are confusing to set.
