Pros I like that it's easy to track things and how it keeps me up to date financially daily with where we are. I do wish that they had a weekend service, but do appreciate the quick responses when they are working. Cons I have found that there are functions that you do not offer. Appreciate that you always try to come up with solutions, but is usually a lot of extra steps and time that seem unnecessary. Pros Convenience for parents to enroll & easy tracking etc. Cons That merchandise sales are not offered. We have to do a work around which makes it difficult to encourage our parents to purchase our merchandise needed for dance classes. We have been able to contact them with any questions at our gym. You can pull financial reports, take attendance, clock-in. This software can even link with ADP for payroll. Definitely a must have! Pros You can contact Iclasspro for assistance during business hours. Cons Needs some birthday party reports to help improve party selection. February 19, 2019 3.0 Some credit cards on file wont process charges unless it goes through a batch (we realize that an is an issue with the bank but still inconvenient). Pros We like that it is easy fairly easy to learn to use. Cons Limitations on some features. Enrollments for camps could be alphabetized (not ordered who enrolled first). Students could be numbered in classes when you click the enrollment button. Wish there was a 'member' option for individual children (not just family). Would like if statement emails were sent to all email addresses (lots of divorced families). Wish there was any easier way to find people who are active and need to be charged a new anniversary fee. There are certain features I wish I had that it doesn’t. But overall, it’s pretty good. We are now at a point where we have closed our gym but are still needing to access our records to close out everything. I do wish there was an option to pay a cheaper rate to be able to access those things, since we aren’t using the entire program for its intended use any longer. Pros It’s internet based. The product has adapted and improved over time, with new features added often. The system is relatively easy for customers to use, however there are some features which could be improved on that end. While some reporting and features are painfully limited, it gets the job done. Pros The seamlessness of monitoring skills, tracking classes, and billing for services makes iClass an easy choice for gym owners. A way for customers to have charges added when they sign up for quicker payments. Ability to print or remind customers about upcoming classes/camps. Instructor substitutions. I had it with my previous business and was very well satisfied. My favorite part of the software are the templates for email blasts. This makes my already little amount of time very advantageous. Pros My most favorite part of the program is the videos that are so easily accessible on U-tube. That has been helpful for ideas and when I was stuck for some information. I was also very impressed with the help of CSR. She was incredible. She was very patient and helpful. I was scattered brained and stressed and she made it so easy. But I'm spending too much money for the amount of time I have to spend figuring out how to use the software. The only reason I haven't switched to a different software is that iClassPro offers all the features I use and the other software I've migrated to for portions of my business (because it's drastically cheaper and easier to use) doesn't yet cover some of the key portions of my business. Pros Meets nearly all of my needs - works well for my business model. Cons Complicated to figure out how to use features - very "old school" approach in execution. I find the customer service team to be very helpful. Pros I love that this product is constantly coming up with different updates and changes to make the software better and more user friendly. Cons I find the camps section kind of tricky for our very flexible summer camps that we have. Parents are able to register their children online. Pros I appreciate that parents are able to register for classes online. Cons The program isn't always intuitive. I like iClassPro, but I wish it could do more. When will it work with Quickbooks? Reason for choosing iClassPro When starting our business, I was deciding between two different companies. The software works well and the staff is very helpful when we do need to call for support. Other than the times the site goes down and sometimes, when we call the hold times can be long, we have had a wonderful experience. Pros The software gives us all the features we need. Between the camp and the class administration tools, it has never been easier to manage the gym. It is a very efficient system. Cons The occasional times the iClass website has gone down. It can really hamper our daily activities when we lose access to our entire student database. My company uses iClass Pro for classes and summer camps, and it's an easy way for parents to enroll in programs and pay tuition. On the backend, it's a very user-friendly way to organize customer information and even contact families via e-blast! The reports are fairly limited and I wish I could load a report and then change filters as I would be able to in the student or family filters WITHOUT running a new report. Pros At Emler, I taught hundreds of students, and sometimes it was hard to keep track of them all or of my individual classes. This helped me write notes about students, keep track if they change classes, and keep attendance.
