Owner Used the software for: ### "Very Supportive Staff" November 4, 2013 4.0 I would highly recommend Multiflex. We are very happy with the system. With any software change, there are going to be growing pains. Mulitflex was very supportive throughout every step of the transition, as well as on a daily basis once the implementation was complete. The software is very easy for the end user. Within minutes, our staff could run basic transactions through the till. It didn't take long to be quite comfortable with the entire system. Again, the support staff was very helpful with any questions we encountered. We have two locations and we have never had any issues with polling (synchronizing). Also, having the software backed up at each location gives us a great deal of comfort. There are lots of reports at hand. We found a few we look at regularly and several that are just used periodically or not at all for our business. I believe they are working on an app for iOS users that we are very excited to see. They are constantly improving the system and will take any comments or suggestions very seriously and possibly implement them. I have dealt with other software companies that were not willing to listen to suggestions. Review Source TP Tuyet P. Owner Used the software for: ### "The Right POS System" November 4, 2013 4.0 WildBloom Boutique is a women's apparel store. It's our first store, so deciding on the right POS system is important. What we were looking for is a system that fits our needs; has all the retail features and at a moderate price. MultipleFlex RMS POS system has all the major features that we need for a fashion retail store. The software is also easy to use. The sale coach, Graham Thomas, was very patient and nice. He walked us through the demo and answered all of our questions patiently and kindly; and trust me, being the first time purchasing a POS system, we had a lot of questions. He responded promptly throughout the process. Responding quickly is important to us, especially when we were reaching the grand opening date. The support team was great as well; they provided training and set up the system as scheduled. They helped set up everything as needed and requested. They were very knowledgeable of the software, nice and patient. The team is available and very easy to reach. No automatic machine, no transferring, and no waiting. Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Easy to use" January 16, 2017 4.0 We started using this some time ago. I was attracted by the price and the ease of use. My sales associates had very little in the way of a learning curve. They all caught right on with little down time. We had previously been using Retail Pro so this was a very easy switch. The setup was quite easy. Pros The thing I like the best is the ease of use. The screens are easy to read and the touch screen feature is great. The company is easy to deal with and personable. Cons There's little flexibility in the software. The reports are a bit hard to relate to, but the information is all there is some form or another. Used the software for: ### "" March 20, 2013 4.0 I have a retail clothing store for men, women and kids selling brand name clothing. For the first 5 years of business, I used Quickbooks for my accounting and sales receipt functions along with keeping track of my inventory. I recently maxed out on the number of inventory items that Quickbooks Pro allows (14,500) and was forced to shop around for another system. I found MultiFlex to fit my requirements well, along with being able to download my accounting information to Quickbooks so that I could maintain the financial statements that I had grown to love about Quickbooks. The Multiflex RMS system provided me with a much quicker sales receipt process than what QB offered along with a scanner capability and small receipt for my customer. Along with these great features, MultiFlex offers a great variety of inventory and sales reporting features that were not offered in QB. I have been using the MultiFlex system for 4 months now and have adpted quite easily along with my staff. Review Source Kathy J. I was very pleased with the time and patience I was given during our product research project. After deciding to purchase Multiflex RMS Fashion, we have been pleased with the training and support that has been provided as well as the ease of use and functionality of the program. Pros It is a total Retail Management system and has every feature that you need to run a retail operation from a single store right thru to the most complex multi-store operation. Cons I think the user manual could be improved with more 'how to' suggestions and video tutorials, but saying that it is very intuitive and easy to use. Review Source AK Ali K. Apparel & Fashion Used the software for: ### "Fully supported transition to a new system" July 9, 2014 4.5 Pros I like the simple functionality of MultiFlex RMS. It meets our needs as a retail location selling a wide variety of merchandise ranging from clothing to home décor. The customer service team has been supportive in every step of the transition. Cons I haven't found much to complain about. It would be nice if there was an option to "memorize" reports we find particularly useful so we don't have to recreate them each time we want to run the report. Review Source AR Angela R. We are improving our rating for Multiflex POS to 5 stars on Functionality and Product Quality because Microhouse just updated our computers (while we slept :-); this new version builds on their already solid POS, but with new, easy to navigate added features that we love, especially the reports!!! The updated user interface is clean and eye-friendly, too. After 3 years of using this POS software for our two fashion retail boutiques, we continue to be impressed. The more I begin to use Multiflex, the better I like it. It seems to be a well thought out application. But most importantly, I'd like to compliment the staff of MHS. Used the software for: ### "Point of sale software" February 14, 2017 4.0 All in all a very nice system to use. Viewing history is essential as is knowing the best sellers and the worst. All of this is available on MultiflexRMS. Daily sales or monthly sales reports are available showing margins etc.It has had a very positive affect on our business in both ease of use and also pointing out what NOT to stock or giving enough history to see the trends. Owner Apparel & Fashion Used the software for: 2+ years ### "Stable, Functional, Outstanding POS System" January 25, 2019 5.0 Our Seattle-based small business purchased the Retail Management Software (RMS) for Fashion from Microhouse Systems in 2010, about 8 years ago and we have been using it successfully ever since. This is a very straightforward, Windows based system that meets all our needs ranging from a 100% accurate & easy POS to ring up sales and Customer Relationship Management...to...an outstanding Inventory management system to order, receive, price and tag our goods for sale (apparel, accessories, shoes, gifts, consignment jewelry) and more. There is a somewhat steep learning curve at first, as it has so many functions. I have found the POS easy to train new sales associates, and likewise my store managers can delve in deeper into the software to utilize more functions with ease (does take some practice and learning though) Each year, the Microhouse team performs automatic upgrades and adds more and more useful (sometimes eye opening) reports to help me better understand my business. The phone-based customer service from Microhouse is outstanding, though our staff does have to pay attention to the time difference as we are in the US and they are in Canada. One major feature of this POS is its stability. Our RMS-POS system has never malfunctioned, there's been ZERO downtime, and it has never been hacked or infected by a virus. (Note: we run this system on two older model Windows' PC's along with Kaspersky Total Security, connected to the Internet) . Pros The way in which the Customers, Inventory and Sales are all interlinked, and the personalized customer service and support you will receive. Cons The basic function of ringing up customers is easy and straight forward, but I can be difficult to train new employees on all the intricacies beneath the basics. Review Source SF Sheila F.
