Globalement nous aurions souhaités que le système soit plus adapté à nos besoins ou que des développements puissent être réalisés. Nous aurions apprécié également avoir un service support plus réactif car nous nous sommes sentis seuls face à certaines problématiques.

Pros

La clarté des menus de fonctionnalité, l'ergonomie du logiciel, la connexion SaaS et la possibilité de fonctionnement sur un équipement nomade (smartphone et tablette).

Cons

Impossibilité de lier un article sur plusieurs équipements Gestion du planning des intervention compliquée car non lisible (numéro d'intervention, description, date d'intervention et intervenant) Le paramétrage du système n'est pas très intuitif et nécessite quelques connaissances. Le support n'est pas toujours réactif (ticket ouvert pendant des mois pour certains) La multiplication des patchs (tous les mois) nécessitant un travail important côté client. L'impossibilité de paramétrer une ronde journalière du lundi au vendredi (sous la fonctionnalité maintenance préventive)

Expérience plutôt satisfaisante et logiciel adaptée dans l'ensemble pour nos besoins à ce jour. Des points restent à corriger ce qui il me semble ont été pris en compte pour la V8

Pros

Message de défaut pas clair, et n'expliquant pas d'où vient le défaut et ou aller le corriger. Des messages moins génériques serait un plus.

Cons

L'outil de planification qui n'est pas "User friendly", ce qui engendre une frustration lors de son utilisation.

Logiciel simple d'utilisation et répondant aux attentes d'une collectivité de plus de 250 000 habitants.

Pros

Son ergonomie, son interopérabilité, sa capacité à répondre à l'ensemble des domaines de la gestion de patrimoine.

Cons

Le recours au développement spécifique malgré une logique similaire pour plusieurs clients. Des développements parfois compliqués à mettre en œuvre.

Le logiciel CARL est en place depuis longtemps dans notre usine est il est le cœur de notre reacteur de la maintenance préventive que curative..

Pros

Que l'on puisse le personnalisé : Dans les formulaires Les rapports Création d'indicateurs Que l'on puisse mettre à jour les donnée en masse avec un minimum de contrôle du système (Interface , objet d'intégration) .

Cons

Mise en application de CARL Touch Le module documentaire mériterai des améliorations. Gestion des formulaire de personnalisation par le numéro de version (possibilité de changer de version de formulaire facilement) Gestion de la main d’œuvre Planning assez archaïque , mériterai un look plus MS Project

Consultant partenaire de la société CARL depuis 32 ans j'ai accompagné une cinquantaine de sociétés pour la mise e en œuvre de leur GMAO avec Carl Master et ensuite Carl Source. Le choix de ce logiciel a toujours été évidant car ce logiciel répond vraiment aux besoins de gestion des services maintenance

Pros

le logiciel correspond parfaitement au besoin de gestion des service maintenance Son ergonomie et sa facilité de mise en œuvre permet à n'import quel type de société de l'utiliser

Cons

La programmation de Carl Source correspond parfaitement aux besoins actuel des services maintenance à ce jour avec la mobilité et l'arrivée de l'IA, le logiciel n'a aucuns inconvénients à être utilisé. Il n'y à donc pas d'inconvénients

Très bonne dans l'ensemble. Les mainteneurs arrivent vite a s'y faire et la partie mobilité est un bon point même s'il faut encore s'améliorer sur ce dernier.

Pros

Ergonomie et simplicité d'utilisation. Les modules interventions ainsi que l'arborescence sont très intuitifs et fluides.

Cons

La fonction planification des ressources ainsi que le manque de "souplesse" sur plusieurs aspect "comme les tris sur formulaire" sont un peu limite.

Le produit répond bien aux besoins. Le support est réactif et des mises à jour sortent régulièrement.

Pros

Centraliser les informations maintenance (signalements, interventions, demande d'achat etc...) Gestion d'une arborescence d'équipements. Personnalisation de l'outil possible. Passage à la v7.2 très apprécié.

Cons

Evolutions prioritaires sur le mode saas. Les clients on premise ayant des développements spécifiques ont plus de risque d'erreurs sur les mise à jour.

Je suis référente métier entre les utilisateurs finaux et le logiciel. Donc je touche à tout mais pas en profondeur ni en continu

Pros

J'apprécie la Diversité et l'amélioration continue. La personnalisation interne et la création d'indicateurs ( une fois qu'on a trouvé la bonne donnée à sortir)

Cons

Planification ressources et interventions a améliorer , paramétrage personnalisé Carl Touch à rendre accessible
