Pros: This system is adaptable for almost all departments in hotel plus you can use for outside contractors to inform them about work requests, planned preventive maintenance and manage, in real time, guest room assignment for housekeeping team members.

Cons: Nothing, it is absolutely great and gives fantastic return of investment.

Overall: By installing SynergyMMS you can increase your human resources efficency even by 400%, you can speed up your guest room availability in PMS by 30% quicker and save a lot of time and money by increasing housekeeping department efficency. You can easily track maintenance and other trends to aim in the most frequent guest request or the most problematic maintenance or housekeeping areas.
