Very good, streamlined the process and meant that we were not wasting time reporting the same jobs over and over.

Pros

This was a real game changer when it was introduced to our hotel as previously we would just ring some one from the maintenance team and they would get to it when they had time but you would never be sure if they had forgotten it! With synergy you can see the task who it has been assigned to and the priority and also an idea of when it will be completed.

Cons

The system interface is a bit old fashioned and sometimes when you are trying to find the correct category it is not always completely intuitive.

Great. I was able to learn it quickly, just in time for our corporate office to put restrictions on it so I couldn't do anything with the knowledge.

Pros

The riser matrix report was something that I had not seen before. It can be very helpful. There is much to like about this software. The customer support is even better and the \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] of the company even pitches in on the support.

Cons

I needed more flexibility with the setting up of reports. There were prepopulated reports and at times reports from different angles were needed. I had to go through support to get those set up when I could have easily completed the task myself.

By installing SynergyMMS you can increase your human resources efficency even by 400%, you can speed up your guest room availability in PMS by 30% quicker and save a lot of time and money by increasing housekeeping department efficency. You can easily track maintenance and other trends to aim in the most frequent guest request or the most problematic maintenance or housekeeping areas.

Pros

This system is adaptable for almost all departments in hotel plus you can use for outside contractors to inform them about work requests, planned preventive maintenance and manage, in real time, guest room assignment for housekeeping team members.

Cons

Nothing, it is absolutely great and gives fantastic return of investment.
