Professional and efficient. Highly recommend. The ongoing support is great and I engage quite regularly to support me through the legal midfield.

Pros

The mobile app is excellent for reporting on the fly. Worker feedback is, really positive. It's great!

Cons

All good. The team were efficient, engaging and led me through the process. Can't say there was anything I disliked.

Pros

Very easy to use, covers most of the features needed by an SME. Continues to modernize as a result, uses latest technology to make the application easy to use. Mobile application feature set compliments the web app very well.

Cons

None that I can think of as of now. It covers most of the needs.
