It's not overwhelming to look at and it's obvious where to go to find certain features or documents Pros It's very easy to navigate. The interface is intuitive and easy to use. Cons The only feature that sometimes is a little goofy is the time feature. When you have to log the time you are completing a meeting or form, sometimes it changes to a completely random and inaccurate time when you click on it. I would recommend other companies to use this program Pros It's very easy to navigate through on both the computer and on the phone app. Stats are easy to extract from the software. the program is tailored to what we need. Cons At first when entering info on the phone app, the program was jumpy, but then I realized, as soon as I opened the program it would sync and once the sync was completed, no issues at all. Now I open the program wait 10-15 seconds for the sync to complete and then proceed.
