Overall, my experience with Go1 has been positive. It offers a wide range of high-quality learning content that makes upskilling and training convenient in one platform. The interface is simple to use, and it helps organizations manage learning efficiently. However, finding the most relevant courses can sometimes take extra effort due to the large catalog.

Pros

What I liked most about Go1 is its huge and diverse library of learning content, which makes it easy to find training for almost any skill or topic. The platform is very user-friendly and integrates smoothly with other tools. It also saves time by centralizing courses from multiple providers in one place, making employee upskilling much simpler.

Cons

What I liked least about Go1 is that with such a large content library, it can sometimes feel overwhelming to find the most relevant courses. Search and filtering could be more precise. Also, some courses vary in quality since content comes from different providers, so the learning experience isn’t always consistent across topics.

My overall experience with Go1 has been good. It made learning easier for me and my team by giving access to many courses in one place. The platform is easy to navigate and works well most of the time. It helped us improve skills without spending too much time searching for training.

Pros

What I liked most about Go1 is how easy it is to find training courses in one place. My team can learn different topics without searching many websites. The platform is simple to use and saves a lot of time for employee learning and skill development.

Cons

One thing I liked least about Go1 is that some courses feel a bit outdated and a few topics could have more advanced content. Sometimes finding the exact course I need takes some extra searching, but overall it has not been a major issue for me.

solid platform for what we needed, mainly automating compliance training and giving teams self-serve access to learning. saves us from buying multiple individual vendor subscriptions. not perfect but the breadth of content makes up for the rough edges. would recommend for mid-size IT orgs.

Pros

course library is huge, we use it for compliance training (iso 27001, security awareness) and also for tech upskilling on cloud and devops topics. integration with our SSO was straightforward. reporting is decent, we can track completion across teams which makes audit prep way easier. mobile experience works well too for people who learn on the go.

Cons

some courses feel dated or repetitive across different vendors in the catalog. search and filtering inside the library could be better, sometimes hard to find the exact course you want without scrolling through too many results. pricing structure also took a while to figure out, the playlist vs premium content split wasn't clear upfront. customer support response times have been hit or miss.

[Udemy Business](https://www.capterra.com/p/209689/Udemy-for-Business/)

Reasons for choosing Go1

the main draw was the breadth of the content library. linkedin learning is good but mostly focused on tech and business skills, didn't have the compliance and security awareness depth we needed. udemy business has volume but quality varies a lot, hard to standardize across teams. go1 had pre-built compliance tracks plus integrations with our existing tools which made the rollout cleaner. pricing was also more predictable for our team size.

Very good. Good customer service, excellent amount of choices, and it works with our LMS. So overall, a very good experience.

Pros

It's library is huge. Literally the biggest content library I think there is out there. If you've seen packaged courses anywhere, you can probably find it with in their content library. So that's amazing.

Cons

We tend to get frozen by the sheer volume of choices on each subject. I rely heavily on the other users, and their overall use of a course, which means maybe I am missing out on great offerings that I just don't have time to test.

I’ve had a pretty satisfactory experience with Go1. Although some improvements can be done to remove existing barriers, it nevertheless is a pretty useful tool for organisations. It can be deployed quickly, is easy to use and offers a range of topics to get employees started with.

Pros

Go1 as a platform has a huge collection of courses and acts as a single central resource point for new as well as existing employees to take part in organisational trainings and skill enhancement courses. This for me is what I like the most about it. The fact that we don't have to search through multiple vendors for different courses is what makes it actually usable and practical.

Cons

Although it does act like a huge library of learning modules and courses, it still lacks deep analysis tools required for complex reporting for which other third party integrations have to be made. The huge library also means that it can be overwhelming for new users to navigate thorough it initially.

I give Go1 a 9/10 because it makes training much simpler and saves us a lot of money. Instead of buying courses from many different places, we get everything in one spot for one price. It also works great with the tools we already use, so it's easy for our team to get started. The only reason it’s not a 10 is that the search feature can be a bit confusing sometimes, and a few of the videos look a little old. Overall, it’s a great deal and a huge help for any company.

Pros

Go1 is ”digital library" for employee training. Instead of buying individual courses from different places, just plug Go1 into existing system so everyone can access thousands of lessons in one spot. It solves the major challenge of finding high-quality content for different departments without the high cost of multiple separate subscriptions. Whether the goal is learning new software, developing leadership basics, or completing mandatory safety compliance, the resources are always available. The scope is company-wide, allowing everyone from interns to managers to sharpen their skills. We used it to curate specific "playlists" for different roles. When we onboard new managers, we don’t just give them one course—we pull a mix of leadership modules from three different providers within Go1 to create a comprehensive track.

Cons

\* Too many choices: Sometimes there are so many courses that it's hard to pick the best one. The search can feel a bit messy because it shows too many similar results. \* Mixed quality: Some videos look great and modern, but others feel old or a bit boring. It would be better if every lesson felt high-quality. \* Better reports: It is easy to see who finished a course, but hard to get deeper details. Making the data simpler to understand would be a big help.

Overall, I have been satisfied with my experience using Go1, particularly in the context of scalability and simplicity of learning within a team. The greatest benefit of Go1 is the availability of a very extensive and centralized content library that eliminates the necessity for multiple content vendors and ensures that the introduction of training becomes much faster regardless of its type (whether it's compliance, onboarding or skills development). However, such an experience has its drawbacks. As a result of the availability of the content library, the need to curate the content arises, and some advanced features require third-party software such as LMS. On the whole, Go1 can be considered a very powerful content library that lacks some features to become a standalone learning system; however, by being treated as the former, it enhances learning and training substantially.

Pros

The most distinctive feature of Go1 is the huge amount of course material it offers. This means that you will not have to find the course material offered by various vendors but be able to offer your teams thousands of courses on compliance, business topics, technology, and even soft skills, everything in one place. The second important feature is user friendliness and smooth integration into existing processes. The learning platform is easy to use and, therefore, requires little preparation from your team to actually start using it. What is more, it works well with other LMSs, meaning that it can integrate smoothly into your current processes.

Cons

A primary flaw in Go1 is the large size of its content library but how it may turn out to be an overwhelming one to go through without a lot of work in terms of manual filtering and ensuring that users get relevant courses based on their requirements because of a lack of intelligent functionality. Secondly, the software works more like a content aggregation platform than an LMS, meaning that in case one wants to implement more advanced features like analytics or reporting, external software has to be used by the teams. Lastly, there is feedback about limited customizations possible, as well as sometimes stale or even repeated content being offered by the software.

Good customer support, the cost compared to other training companies is not too high, which gives you a good cost effective option.

Pros

It is self efficient, where we as employer can assign trainings. It has a huge variety of trainings to choose from. It is easy to use, and trainings are pretty informative.

Cons

It takes a while within our current system, Paylocity while Go1 content loads its content, which cause you to wait until it is visible for you to choose the trainings.
