Pros It is self efficient, where we as employer can assign trainings. It has a huge variety of trainings to choose from. It is easy to use, and trainings are pretty informative. " October 14, 2024 2.0 I'm logging tickets with almost every 2-4 weeks. Easily the software that I've logged tickets with the most. I'm told that this is the way things are - even though they inefficient. I'm also told that it's not GO1 fault. It is Employment Hero. Pros We use through its partnership with Employment Hero. GO1 is Employment Hero's integrated learning management platform. GO1 allows you to create your own learning modules which we used for our internal training. Cons The training that you create in be deleted! If you've made a mistake or created the wrong content you cannot delete it. You can only change the training title and content to one that you need. The system is very slow to respond, e.g. I delete an assignment (training assigned to a user), but the assignment remains despite multiple page refreshes and notifications from the system saying that assignment has been removed. The system also sends email notifications to a manager if their employee hasn't completed training but even though employees have done it, managers have still received them. Users also still have their training status show as assigned when they have in fact completed them. GO1 also doesn't let you update a user's email if it was used previously when they worked for another organisation. You can have to contact support to get this done. The craziest things is that to download reports into CSV, I was asked to learn how to convert JSON into Google Sheets. They gave me instructions from Github on how I need to do this! While you're creating content on certain pages, move your mouse a little bit and your page is lost - it's actually gets saved as draft. The system is not intuitive. If you want to create completion reports to see the completion status of multiple training modules, you'll need to get the IDs of those training modules and enter each of them into the filters of your search. Its tasks are interesting to do and learn innovative ways. Go1 also provides the certification after completing the courses it motivating the person to complete more courses. its library is huge I also love to access to learn personality development exercises. Pros is a vast Cloud-based LMS system. Its team has the innovation that makes us run this software more and more. I love its tasks and courses designed by the team it's very engaging and helps our employees to learn new ways of marketing and writing. I love tracking the reports of the employees who are not doing great with the courses. I can address my team altogether to understand the problem. Go1 can give training to our employees in days with tests and assessments which manually take months to do. It's a great LMS I love using it. We couldn't have imagined that would happen, but it was such a huge help. We were able to maintain training for our employees that whole year working out of the office. We still use it all of the time. We ask our employees to take about 20 to 40 hours of education each year. Go1 really helps with accessing and maintaining that level of education. Pros I appreciate the wide variety of class options. It has been great to support our employees with work focused classes like Adobe and Microsoft, but also support their wellbeing with classes like mindfulness and meditation. The resources are user frienldy and allows me to learn without involving my lead. I love the fact we did not have to do a companywide training for our employee group and everyone has accessed the system and using it without training. Pros The transition to the portal was easy. Great support from my transitional lead and the support team Cons Would like to get an alert when there is a system problem and also be notified when it is fixed. I recently had the system go down and was not aware of it until my employee group made me aware. I contacted by lead who escalated it but was not made aware when it has been fixed. I checked on my own. The administrator should be keep aware of any outage's and when the issue has been resolved.
