### "Well Organized and Customizable LMS Platform"

December 26, 2025

5.0

Docebo offers a comprehensive suite of features that empower organizations to deliver effective training programs, enhance learner engagement, and achieve measurable results in their learning and development initiatives

Pros

A comprehensive course management tool support different content types, including multi - media, video, graphics and presentations. It allows for easy and smart course creation for all types of learners; one can easily manage and track the learning activity across different tiers of learners.

Cons

One cannot make easy graphic level modifications, without basic knowledge of HTML and CSS. The user experience is not that great as compared to other Learning Management systems.

### "Customizable, scalable LMS with excellent support"

May 23, 2025

5.0

Docebo has been a reliable, scalable platform for delivering training across our organization. We've used it for onboarding, internal upskilling, and instructor-led programs. The flexibility of the platform allows us to design a branded and engaging experience, while the API and automation capabilities help us operate efficiently at scale. There’s some room for improvement in ILT admin workflows, but overall the platform performs well and continues to improve.

Pros

Docebo is highly customizable—both in how it looks and how it functions. We were able to tailor the learner experience to reflect our brand and workflows. The automation and API options save a lot of admin time, and ILT sessions are easy for learners to access, even on mobile. The support team is also exceptional: responsive, friendly, and very helpful when solving complex needs.

Cons

Instructor-Led Training (ILT) management still has some limitations on the admin side. For example, there's no built-in automation for session-level enrollment, and the instructor role permissions are broader than needed. We’ve worked around these issues with custom solutions, but native improvements would reduce admin overhead.

Our previous system lacked flexibility and required constant manual work. We needed a solution that could support both large-scale programs and targeted learning paths while giving us more control over branding and learner experience. Docebo has significantly improved our workflow through automation, better UI/UX, and responsive support. It’s also easier for admins to navigate and more engaging for learners, helping us increase adoption and reduce support tickets.

### "Cumbersome, myopic UX and sub-par technical support"

March 16, 2022

2.0

I have been configuring eLearning systems for almost 20 years and while the admin interface is easy to use for those new to LMS, and it's not the worst LMS platform... this is a lightweight system that lacks the critical component of end-user/learner experience, content organization structures, search functionalities, general wayfinding and flexibility as authoring technologies change.

Pros

Hmmm. Exploring gamification looks like it may be promising but honestly, I'm already disappointed that the demo environment presented to us has all sorts of customizations that require external resource/effort to create.

Cons

Inability to easily preview the learner experience is at the top of my laundry list of functional limitations

### "Learning with the best!"

February 12, 2025

5.0

As mentioned, the people and the product and the services are stellar. I would recommend to anyone. I was previously with LinkedIn Learning. Docebo is simply better.

Pros

First, the people. Knowledgeable about their product and services as well as those whom they compete with. \[sensitive content hidden\] was attentive, empathetic, and communicated incredibly well. Their library of content is phenomenal and is the learning platform has all the "bells and whistles."

Cons

Restrictions on user licenses. If we have a team member not using their license, we are not able to transfer it to someone who will.

### "My Docebo Rock!"

August 15, 2025

5.0

My overall experience with Docebo has been excellent. The platform is intuitive, reliable, and highly adaptable, making it easy to deliver engaging training and track learner progress. Its automation, reporting tools, and AI-driven features save time and enhance learning effectiveness, while the support team is responsive and helpful. Overall, Docebo has significantly improved how we manage and scale our training programs.

Pros

What I like most about Docebo is how intuitive and flexible it is. The platform makes it easy to create engaging training, track learner progress, and customize the experience to fit our needs—all while being reliable and user-friendly

Cons

Honestly, I haven't encountered major issues with Docebo, but if I had to point out something, it might be that some of the more advanced customization options take some time to learn. That said, the support and resources available make it easy to navigate.

### "Flexible and Scalable LMS Experience"

October 8, 2025

5.0

Docebo provides a flexible and scalable learning platform that adapts well to different training needs. The reporting and tracking features are particularly helpful for monitoring progress and measuring learning outcomes, making it a valuable tool for both learners and administrators.

Pros

Learner experience and intuitive navigation. The platform makes it easy for users to find, access, and complete training, while providing a seamless and engaging experience that encourages learning and skill development.

Cons

What I liked least about Docebo is that finding the catalogs quickly and the organization or ordering of courses can be a bit challenging. Improving the way courses are structured and presented would make it easier for learners to navigate and access the content they need.

### "Transforming Training through Seamless E-Learning"

May 22, 2025

5.0

Docebo has allowed our organization to transform our training strategy from primarily manually recorded instructor-led sessions to digital learning courses with powerful insight tools. We are now able to facilitate standardized learning objectives across the company with ease and provide executives with quantifiable knowledge statistics supporting the training department's impact.

Pros

Docebo is a powerful LMS designed to deliver and scale modern learning experiences across various industries, including an intuitive interface, support of diverse content formats, and customizable learning paths. Docebo has helped bring our company's training initiatives to an e-learning experience, streamlining accountability and digitizing our completion records cross-departmentally.

Cons

While the desktop platform is easily accessed and navigated, we have had some experience with mobile users struggling to login to and navigate the Go.Learn app with ease.

### "Easies LMS to Administer AND Look Professional"

June 24, 2025

5.0

Overall it is very smooth. We have monthly meetings with our customer success rep which is really helpful and enlightening to system updates I wouldn't have become aware of on my own. There are a few hiccups here and there, but nothing extremely major, and typically very easy to use.

Pros

It is extremely user friendly to administer. One does not require an extreme amount of technical/coding knowledge or background to successfully manage this platform.

Cons

It can take a while for the Docebo team to make updates to any given pain point, because there are a lot of areas for improvement in the system. It is just that some are not as necessary as others to me/my team. E.g. we need there to be a better manager dashboard where supervisors can see what employees are overdue in training, but that might not be something that is a priority for updating for the Docebo team.

### "Overall Docebo Experience"

February 26, 2025

4.0

Overall my experience has been good. Our team went through a Docebo to Docebo migration which was definitely not seamless and required alot of manual work. The Docebo team was fantastic however, and their technical experience was a lifesaver so the project was successfully completed. I use Docebo as a Superadmin everyday and overall I would recommend it to others looking for an LMS.

Pros

Customer Service Experience - Support agents are super helpful Knowledge base is built out - the amount of courses, knowledge base articles, and the Docebo community for peer learning is again super helpful

Cons

\- No option to archive courses, only put under maintenance - Our org needs to have more power users permissions, to avoid the amount of super admins we have - Lack of customization on pages. I would love to see more widgets, upgraded designs, and more meaning I wouldn't have to spend time learning what HTML/CSS hacks will work for me.

### "Highly Customizable, Adaptable, and Responsive Platform "

February 11, 2025

4.0

Pros

It is a robust LMS solution that has the ability to customize, scale, grow and develop with us as a company. The available features and cadence of new releases has thoroughly impressed us and we have aligned our L&D strategy with the platform and it's functionality. To be more specific, here are the the three standout features for us: High Customizability: Allows us to tailor the platform to meet diverse learning needs. Scalability: Easily supports growth and varied use cases across different audiences. Continuous Updates: Regular improvements keep the platform aligned with industry trends and evolving learning demands.

Cons

To summarize, our top three pain points with Docebo are: Steep Learning Curve: Initial setup and configuration can be complex and time-consuming. Basic Features Awaiting Upgrades: Some key features, like the notification module and certificate app, need enhancement. Advanced Customization Requires Technical Expertise: Certain advanced customizations can be difficult without technical know-how.

### "Solid and mostly logical LMS that is growing in the right direction"

December 9, 2024

5.0

I participated in the selection, implementation, maintenance and administration of our Docebo instance, including setting up SSO and multiple "extended enterprise" portals, to meet the needs of multiple internal organizations.

Pros

Docebo is a solid choice for a corporate LMS. Features currently meet most needs for running compliance and professional development learning programs, and a lot of the newest features/roadmap plans are ambitious and exciting. The development team listens to the needs/wants of the Docebo Community and introduces new features/advances quarterly, which is enough to make you feel like there is true progress but not so speedy as to be difficult to keep up with. Recent changes enabled batch unenrollment and archiving, which is really handy. The Docebo Community is a friendly place to get answers and workarounds, when needed. Customer Support has been decent and occasionally exceptionally good.

Cons

There are some significant drawbacks to the notifications feature but a new notifications engine is on the way next month, so I'm optimistic that some of the things I want to see will be coming or at least possible in the future. Not all entities can be duplicated (learning plans, etc.) which can be cumbersome. There is no real way to retire a course so everyone has some version of a workaround; that's not great.

Over the years we have utilized several different LMS platforms. I can say that Docebo has offered a very stable lis with customizable features that have met all our needs.

Pros

Ease of use and overall functionality of the platform. The reporting is customizable so that those that need the information can receive it automatically every day, week, month or yearly.

Cons

### "Endless Customization"

August 11, 2023

5.0

Docebo enabled us to start creating an ecosystem of learning. We are thrilled with the flexibility and customizability we have within the platform, and are continuing to find new uses for driving learners into our portal.

Pros

For our use case, we wanted a highly customizable platform that would enable us to create custom learning experiences around "moments that matter." This was simple to achieve within the Docebo platform due to the ability to segment users to provide them with targeted experiences, and the ease of use with designing pages and menus.

Cons

The only thing that feels like a miss is not having the ability to send a direct calendar invite automatically upon enrollment. Instead, you receive an enrollment notification with the option to download the calendar invite. We've had some confusion with learners, and attendance issues due to the extra step required to add learning to an external calendar.

Pros

Docebo has amazing community features that support peer learning and training from multiple angles. The integration of channels, learning plans, and Docebo's Discover, Coach & Share functionality enables the creation of highly effective learning journeys.

Docebo has been a solid product to use. It allows us to deliver training and professional development content to multiple audiences - internal employees, contractors, system integrators and customers. While there are still come improvements to the base product to be made (some legacy pages still exist, making admin tedious), overall it is very easy to use.

Pros

Cons

### "Sleek but still needs time to grow"

June 17, 2024

4.0

Pros

Docebo has a very clean and usable interface for both users and administrators, but lacks in some areas which appear to be easily achievable wins. There are great ways to categorize data, and the reporting functionality is very robust.

Cons

There are many constraints in Docebo that do not appear to have any purpose other than to degrade the experience and make it harder to use. It is a shame that these issues exist as they prevent Docebo from really reaching its full potential.

Reason for choosing Docebo

There was some functionality we believed to be present that was not actually usable, but it also was the best option at the time.

### "Docebo is a great LMS for so many industries to fully engage with their users"

April 2, 2022

5.0

Docebo has made it easy to pick up and configure so you can get your users up and running very quickly! You can make in place updates to pages and courses too. Also their Slide Converter tool is awesome! If you have a PowerPoint presentation or PDF that suits the needs for learning, you can load it into the slide converter and it turns it into a trackable e-learning!

Pros

This product really thinks about the end user and what would engage them which increases usage. There are so many benefits you can get from the add ins available and some of them you don’t even need to have their LMS to use. They have really thought out of the box on their Impact Learning!

Cons

There are small pieces on the site that have potential for growth for example there isn’t a gap analysis tool for the content. This said, they do use their community site for users to log in, share their journeys and add ideas which can be picked up by their developers for future enhancements.

### "Docebo, stable learning management platform, exciting product releases."

May 21, 2024

4.0

Pros

Docebo has a lot of features and flexibility. We have the Discover, Coach, and Share packages and Extended Enterprise (which allows up to 50 subdomains). We had a slow ramp-up time, but once we understood what was under the hood, we migrated all 70 clients over to the new system with over 5,000 pieces of content. 10 languages as well, which is another benefit that they offer, the language capability is great as we expand.

Cons

After working with Docebo for the last three years, I have to say I don't like that they like to charge for a la carte services, instead of including them in a larger package deal. This makes it harder to sell the services to our leadership team. Add-ons keep adding up $$$.

### "Forward thinking, cutting edge and learner centric LMS platform"

October 16, 2019

4.0

Docebo is a fast growing organization with some very talented people. The platform itself is solid and will continue to get even better if they are able to continue implementing the features that are on their planned list. My biggest recommendation is to get to a better balance between firming up and fixing current functionality vs. pushing out new functionality.

Pros

Docebo's user interface is one of the best out there. I was impressed with the clean look and feel of the platform which was reinforced by our learners through their own feedback. Docebo's user experience encourages user adoption and more time in the platform if they can find and view the content they are looking for. Docebo's combination of traditional eLearning content along with it's Channels (corp. youtube type feature) are fantastic. We are looking forward to incorporating gamification to help round our the user experience.

Cons

Docebo could use some work on the administrator side of the platform. There are quite a few areas where there are way too many clicks or a lack of bulk processes that cause additional work for an administrator. One big item that hasn't made its way into the platform but is apparently in plan, is the ability for an administrator to login as a user, to see what they are seeing or even test what as that user to ensure all works prior to releasing new content, features, etc. Unrelated to the platform, but an area that needs improvement is the Customer Support. Docebo only offers email/ticket management and online chat support. There is currently no phone support and many times issues could be solved if you were just able to talk to someone. It should be noted that I am starting to see a shift in this practice which will be welcomed by all current clients.

Pros

We rely on Docebo daily to facilitate our business operations as a leading provider of Marketing & Ecommerce training. This platform enables us to meticulously craft courses and Learning Plans that cater to our specific needs. Our initial experience with Docebo's onboarding support left us thoroughly impressed. ### "Extended Enterprise capabilities"

October 24, 2023

5.0

We are using Docebo both for internal onboarding and training and to offer its capabilities to our customers using the extended enterprise module, offering a totally customized experience to each of the customers connected.

Pros

What is most amazing about Docebo is the capability to customize the platform in terms of learning experience and overall training organization.

Cons

All the coins have two faces, the cons in Docebo are related to the pros: the strong customization capabilities make the platform administration complex, and it needs to have a high level of specific knowledge.
