The features are reliable and stay up to date. The LMS makes managing courses easy, and the automation of adding a large group of users makes it simple. Cons The only real gripe I have is that when a SCORM file needs to be updated, we can't just overwrite it like we can on other LMS systems - a whole new course has to be made, which makes managing multiple versions of the same course more complex than it has to be. We've been able to make strides in our business with Skyprep! Pros I love the new features their team constantly adds, but even more so, their customer support. Or Skyprep team is very helpful, responsive, and dedicated to getting to the bottom of our questions. Cons Our biggest issue is the platform load time. Sometimes, when users make an update, we are called because there's an issue; however, it's just that the system hasn't loaded yet. Sometimes it takes more than a day to update and show any changes officially.
