Overall, we are very satisfied with SkyPrep, both as a 'now' solution and going into the future as we grow.

Pros

As a small-to-medium company, SkyPrep fit in our budget and fulfilled our needs. It was easy and intuitive to use, and when I had a question, customer support was promptand knowledgeable. The features are reliable and stay up to date. The LMS makes managing courses easy, and the automation of adding a large group of users makes it simple.

Cons

The only real gripe I have is that when a SCORM file needs to be updated, we can't just overwrite it like we can on other LMS systems - a whole new course has to be made, which makes managing multiple versions of the same course more complex than it has to be.

My company worked our training program by using two antiquated systems. Switching to SkyPrep has streamlined our program and makes it much easier.

Pros

SkyPrep is user friendly and easy to learn. The training sessions were planned well, allowing for self-guided learning accompanied with multiple private training sessions to have specific questions answered.

Cons

This might not be a problem, but I would like to see some menu shortcuts. They may exist, but I haven't looked into it yet.

From the initial demos to onboarding, support and starting to create content, it has been seamless and an enjoyable process.

Pros

I love everything about SkyPrep. It's easy to use and allows us to create content directly in the LMS. the best feature is the outstanding support and customer service.

Cons

I have yet to encounter a feature I don't like. Even though there are sometimes minor bugs, they are quickly fixed.

Wonderful! I really appreciate the responsiveness of the team when I cannot get my questions answered with the bot, even that has been well-programmed to respond to my screenshots.

Pros

The customer support, and even the bot, are extremely helpful! I love the flexibility of the course management. User and Admin management is super helpful, as well as the ability to make a facilitator have next level access, but not administrator.

Cons

Switching to a new course creation platform (content creator). Wondering how to make it a smooth transition to the new studio doc.

Pros

It handles all the basics really well: video uploads, PDFs, quizzes, and course tracking. Setting up learning paths for things like instructor training, onboarding new team members, or accessing business resources is simple and efficient.

Cons

If there's one thing we could improve it would be adjusting how the user limit works for adding additional users to a full group

SkyPrep has been a reliable, easy-to-navigate, and budget-friendly platform. The sales staff worked with me on flexibility in pricing and I receive one-on-one support with bimonthly meetings from my dedicated support person.

Pros

SkyPrep is an easy-to-use, affordable platform that continues to evolve by listening to customer feedback and making enhancements to address that feedback. The support staff is friendly, conscientious, and responds in a timely manner.

Cons

I would appreciate more flexibility in design, but I have no doubt that SkyPrep will continue to grow in that area.

I have found that SkyPrep is relatively easy to learn. I feel proficient after using it only a few months. Their support is good as well.

Pros

The ease of creating courses. I found the settings within course creation helpful as well, and the ability to create assessments is key too.

Cons

The messaging feature is troubling to me because I never know if the message went out. I also am not sure how best to set the automated reminders for the course.

Overall, a very smooth and beneficial experience. We've been able to make strides in our business with Skyprep!

Pros

I love the new features their team constantly adds, but even more so, their customer support. Or Skyprep team is very helpful, responsive, and dedicated to getting to the bottom of our questions.

Cons

Our biggest issue is the platform load time. Sometimes, when users make an update, we are called because there's an issue; however, it's just that the system hasn't loaded yet. Sometimes it takes more than a day to update and show any changes officially.
