Pros SkyPrep is an easy-to-use, affordable platform that continues to evolve by listening to customer feedback and making enhancements to address that feedback. The support staff is friendly, conscientious, and responds in a timely manner. Cons I would appreciate more flexibility in design, but I have no doubt that SkyPrep will continue to grow in that area. May 31, 2025 5.0 The support team has gone above and beyond every step of the way with us from implementation, changes in our org, need for retraining, and has given me lots of hand-holding when I need it. They are patient with my not so tech savvy self. Pros Its very user friendly for the learners. Its easy to teach power users how to assign courses and manage enrollments. It integrates with shopify seamlessly. Cons From an admin standpoint, I am not the most tech savvy person. I find the amount of options on the back end to be a lot - but I wouldn't say it's a problem. The support team always walks me through any struggles I have. April 21, 2026 5.0 From the initial demos to onboarding, support and starting to create content, it has been seamless and an enjoyable process. Pros I love everything about SkyPrep. It's easy to use and allows us to create content directly in the LMS. the best feature is the outstanding support and customer service. Cons I have yet to encounter a feature I don't like. Even though there are sometimes minor bugs, they are quickly fixed. User and Admin management is super helpful, as well as the ability to make a facilitator have next level access, but not administrator. Cons Switching to a new course creation platform (content creator). Wondering how to make it a smooth transition to the new studio doc. I feel proficient after using it only a few months. Their support is good as well. Pros The ease of creating courses. I found the settings within course creation helpful as well, and the ability to create assessments is key too. Cons The messaging feature is troubling to me because I never know if the message went out. I also am not sure how best to set the automated reminders for the course. Switching to SkyPrep has streamlined our program and makes it much easier. Pros SkyPrep is user friendly and easy to learn. The training sessions were planned well, allowing for self-guided learning accompanied with multiple private training sessions to have specific questions answered. SkyPrep has really helped us step up our game! We can now support our clients, both internal and external, with a more robust platform and much better reporting. I would absolutely recommend SkyPrep without hesitation to any of my colleagues in the L&D sector. Pros The SkyPrep staff are super easy to deal with, and it's a great product with an easy UI. For the price, if offers great functionality. It's also super easy to configure. Cons Nothing; our experience has been, and continues to be, very positive. I would advise others to strongly consider SkyPrep. I liked that its a easy navigable program in which its easy to add user and assign courses. Its easy to get a report on a certain user or group. Its easy to add videos and trainings. The only bad thing is the way the report looks if it was simpler and more organized it be a better review. Some of the videos are seen but not given credit so i have to manually assign the credit. Its a little glitchy. Pros I liked that it easy to navigate and add users or get reports Cons I didn't like that some of the videos have glitches ad the reports come out long or weird. The versatility of the system and the fast, efficient support when questions arise is priceless when operating in a fast-paced, high stress environment. As a manager and director, with training as a primary responsibility in both organizations, I would recommend SkyPrep to anyone that has a need to create, deploy, and track training across a wide organizational network. Pros The most appealing aspects of SkyPrep is the manner in which we were able to immediately begin using the LMS across our company once we teamed up with SkyPrep. Within 24 hours we had multiple courses uploaded and had learners completing coursework. As a company that is primarily comprised of remote employees, this platform exceeded all of our wants. Even the most skeptical within the organization have realized the value and versatility of the platform. Cons While I don't have any "cons" per say... it would be helpful if the platform had the ability to create and track training and safety audit type checklists (related to the courses in the system) that could be assigned and completed based on individual roles, performed monthly on a recurring basis, and then tracked to determine training course efficiency. Reason for choosing SkyPrep I am not aware of an alternative that was considered. I recommended SkyPrep to my organization, and within a month we were up and running with the platform. Upon researching and doing a demo with all companies, we found Skyprep's UI to look the most polished and user friendly of them all. During the sales process, we always spoke with the same two team members so it was nice to always have those two contacts we could talk to at anytime and were both willing to answer questions and do demo's - -we did not feel like just a numbered customer to them, we felt like we were their only customer when speaking with them. The implementation phase was the quickest implementation of a software I have experienced. Our use case was pretty simple, and Skyprep's UI made it even easier to set up. Pros We really enjoy the simplicity of the software. Setting the software up was very straightforward and only required us to do one training and we knew the site inside and out after that meeting. They make it really simple to develop learning materials, nothing is too complicated, sophisticated or super technical so it was a very quick set up process for us. I really enjoy their reporting suite - having reporting built directly into the site gives us access to our data at any time. We particularly like the feature of favoriting reports - we really enjoy setting up a report, favoriting it, and then instead of re-building it each time, we can navigate to our favorite's list and re-generate the report. What makes it even better is the ability to preview the report directly in the site. There have been many times where we simply needed to look at one number, and it saved us so much time being able to preview the report in the site, rather than downloading the report to our computer, and opening it - and also stops so many files being downloaded to my computer! Cons I believe their integration options are still early and limited so I am very interested to see if they launch more integrations with other apps. One particular feature we wish was a bit more improved is the ability for automatic emails to be sent to users. In our particular case, our end users are being trained through Skyprep and they must complete their training before being granted access to our app. We would love the feature to be at the group level, since we use their Group feature a lot, and be able to send automatic reminder emails to users who are still in progress after a set number of days. Right now, we run a report each day to see the progress, and send an email externally to the users who have not completed the training yet. Pros This system is very easy to implement and maintain as an admin. Furthermore, it is very user friendly from an admin and user perspective. Their customer service is amazing too as they have a monthly check in where they give you information on updates and are there to answer any questions - at no extra cost. Cons The only cons I have had, I have asked my contact there about it and they were quick to fix it or create a solution. They say they are the “LMS without the Mess”, and this is completely accurate! We have received nothing but positive feedback from our team members using SkyPrep. As an administrator, I can say that I have never received any help requests from any of my team members, which is a sign of how uncomplicated the system is to use. Pros Very receptive to the user experience and product enhancements. From a user perspective, it has a clean and uncluttered UI and appearance, and for new learners it essentially requires no onboarding, it is that self-intuitive. Their knowledge base is great, and if I get stuck or forget how to do something, the customer reps are simply fantastic and always there to help and guide you. Cons Initially, when we started out, there were some features that were not available that were important to us. We submitted these new feature requests, and in a short matter of time, they implemented these features. We are not a large customer/user, yet we had some unique requirements, so it was appreciated that they gave the same priority to us as other larger customers. What was a con is now a pro. We're able to incorporate a whole bunch of training elements such as knowledge checks and assessments. We also really enjoy the permissions and roles function which allows more than 1 admin to upload material and grade material. Pros I love SkyPrep! We use it daily for our On-Boarding and to provide refresher courses to all of our active medical personnel so they can stay up to date with our protocols, policies, and procedures for our extensive equipment and medical treatment of employees. Cons I don't think I have an actual con for SkyPrep, I just had a hard time transferring all of our PowerPoint presentations without using Studio but I eventually learned that it was just easier to use Studio. After looking over a number of solutions, we came down to three top contenders. Upon meeting with the team at SkyPrep, weighing the cost vs benefit, and the consistent professionalism of the SkyPrep team, our choice became easy. The SkyPrep team are open to partnering and very helpful when I need some assistance or advice on the best way to complete a task. Both myself and the HR Manager are thrilled with our choice. Pros SkyPrep has a number of features that has made my job as the one person learning team easier. I love the dashboard that my participants see and how simple/user friendly it is for them. The ease to add courses, materials and create learning paths has been a wonder. The ability to create our own custom email templates, landing page and branding has made the LMS our own rather than appearing to be from a third party. Finally, it's awesome that my learners can access the LMS via their phone, laptop or desktop. It is helping us create a true learning culture here at our companyl. Cons I would like the reporting to be a bit more robust and friendly. I can get what I need, but I need to do some work for it. The only other thing I would like is when I'm needing to check on a learner's progress and pop into their account, when I go to switch back to my admin account, it doesn't bring me back to the screen I was working on before I logged into the user. Both things are small, and easily worked around. No mandatory phone conference/interview just to find out what it costs. Efficient sales process. Before my first phone call with the sales rep, they provided me links to YouTube videos detailing their capabilities, which greatly minimized the time required with the sales team to understand exactly what they offer. They were the only LMS I researched that did this and didn't hide their costs until the end. Extremely user friendly platform to administer and use that includes built-in course authoring tools. Meets all of our needs to provide internally developed online course ware in several formats. A course catalog and means for purchasing course ware from external content vendors is also integrated into the LMS. The staff are very responsive, outstanding to work with and very helpful when needed. They are also proactive and have solicited feedback about what next upgrades to their platform we would most like to see. If/when they get to some of those I'll easily give them full marks for functionality and features. Cons The app is a nice feature but it makes it hard for our team members to see the presentation since it is on a small screen and you're not able to rotate the phone. But we love that there is an app option. I would like to compliment our Account Manager \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] who has done an outstanding job over the last months in taking the time to do online demonstrations with us and support us with any query/problem we encountered along the way. Pros It is easy to use, features like the dashboard and adding tests at the end of online training modules make it a great training platform that we have been using. The reporting is very comprehensive with charts included for quick analysis and snapshots to use for internal reporting. I especially like the look of the new beta version which we are testing at the moment. It has a very modern look and is more intuitive. Cons When users forget their password they do not often know how to re-set the password for themselves which creates both a bottleneck for them as internal work. It is very important to us that we are able to apply systematic and consistent information to all 7 of our dental offices. SkyPrep has allowed us to do so, and has made it a very simple process. It's easy to set up, easy to make changes, and easy to track our employees' progress. It's also very user-friendly for the staff completing their training courses. We love it! Pros The software is very user-friendly and has been extremely easy to set up and implement. Cons I wish there was a feature to replace videos in the Resource Center. Often times our videos require updating, and it would be wonderful if we could easily replace a video, like we do with a document, without having to delete it, upload a new one, and add it back into all appropriate courses. Reason for choosing SkyPrep After a little researching, this seemed to have the easiest set up and most user-friendly interface. We also received great support from our customer service rep, Kia!
