System is very intuitive but appreciated the best practices intro. Also I have used customer service a number of times and they are easy to access, always helpful and can quickly answer my questions. Also had a great experience with our sales rep. Pros I have used our CRM system for the past seven years to manage our big event ticket sales and a separate company to manage our night of event (200 people). Using Greater Giving this year centralized everything and the system was so much more dynamic. One of the things I liked most was the incredible variety of reports you could generate before the event, for the event and afterwards. It was also great for generating receipts and invoices. Cons I have only one real complaint. I am used to being able to default to charging for credit card processing fees (giving the user the option to easily opt out). Greater Giving only allows you to let the user Opt In. Have seen far less participation as a result. I wish it was different but not a huge issue.
