Like, yesterday. We started with a one man staff with limited fundraising experience, and built our organization around Classy's capabilities which turned successful. - From a peer-to-peer platform, we've researched and haven't found a better option for the price available - Classy is constantly trying to make itself better, which we appreciate. AKA- we don't spend $$$$$ for website updates. They do. That's cool for our bottom line while we reap benefits. - INTEGRATION WITH SALESFORCE >>>> THANK YOU - If you have a problem, they get back to you instantly. (Shout out Jo Moya for leading the best customer service team possible). Pros I like the versatility of the software to be able to create eye catching websites. It’s simple to use and makes workflow more efficient. Cons I don’t like the pricing on the software, it’s not good for personal use, if you have a large non profit and have room in your budget for it then it’s worth it. Review Source GB Glenn B. Their customer service actually cares - and knows what they're talking about. They care not about the blind throughput of donations, but able actually helping build successful campaigns to grow an organization. Further they like to share and discuss successes and failures in order to better develop the Classy platform to ours and other client's benefit. On the development side, as a customer, we're a bit challenging as one of our sources of donations is non-traditional. They've worked with us to tweak features to the benefit of our support base and continue to improve. I've yet to find another company with as dedicated a team as they have at Classy. While we've had to make numerous changes to tech partners and vendors during our growth, this is a change that we can say had no downside. Review Source SH SARAH H. Cons I have had several problems with my specific fundraiser where people try to donate and there is a glitch and it doesn't go through. We did not meet that goal. Pros I think the examples within the CLASSY website are exemplary. They are excellent examples on how to 'tell your story'. But my biggest problem with Classy is the harrassment from the sales team. Pros It was fine, but not what we wanted. We used the free trial and then cancelled because it wasn't really what we were looking for. Cons The sales team will NOT leave us alone. They are rude when they call and very pushy even though we have told me many times that we are not interested. Will not be recommending Classy to anyone. Review Source ZM Zach M. Pretty easy to use" April 25, 2019 4.0 Pros I like this software become the non profit I work for can easily keep track of the funds that come in from charities. Multiple employees can access it. It was fairly easy to use once i got the hang of it. Cons I wish that every donor didn't have to have an email on file. It is a nice way to keep track of emails and and easy place to come back to so you can get the emails, but it shouldn't' be required.
