Pros: It makes me miss another tool that me and my team thought was bad (IBM Rational). In some sense, this is a pro.

The animations of the workflow chart are a nice (hopeless) try.

Has some certifications that make it compliant to highly regulated environments.

Cons: We are forced to use it to track software change requests in a large enterprise. We asked for Jira, but incredibly this one has certifications that Jira hasn't.

You're forced to use Internet Explorer (!!!), and it opens the kind of popup - full screen, not resizable - where you don't get the urls. So no bookmarks. But it doesn't matter, you'd have to log in every time anyway and start from the beginning. If you happen to have a small screen, you're condemned to pain and tears, in a maze of scrollbars appearing everywhere.

Searching for tickets is done through some reports that are for the most part readonly - that is, you can't click to see more details. From some you can though, but once you drill down, you might have to start from the beginning to check another ticket.

Can't say anything about customer support (we're not in charge of configuration) but I guess it's not that great, since we asked to fix the incredible amount of notifications we get daily and nothing has changed in weeks.

Yes, we really miss IBM Rational.
