Overall very poor experience !!!Chatstack is designed to do many things including but not limited to answering customer questions and help increase sales. Because it is so full of bugs and has so many technical issues consistently it has become impossible to correctly answer questions and gain sales from potential and existing customers that use our Chatstack live help.

Pros

Easy to use when it worksFixed fee for unlimited websites (I am grandfathered in under an old plan)

Cons

Chatstack is a one-person operation that has very long delays in responses with the same person responding to all types of support and sales requests.Chatstack desktop and iPhone versions are CONTINUOUSLY buggy and the owner never resolves the problems 100%.My patience has run out!Do not use Chatstack unless you want a poor-quality product and poor, slow service!

The overall experience was good, even though they can work on improving their UI, but their features are great at their price point.

Pros

The initial setup was quick and easy. I was able to quickly set up my website with Live Help Messenger. Moreover, it is easy to use and I didn't require any additional training or learning to understand its features.I used their practice chat, and canned responses during my trial, their features were suffice for me to complete the task.

Cons

I did not like its frontend Ui and design. They can really work on improving their user experience and creating more pleasing designs. I did not use the app further because the user experience was not up to the mark.

Pros

Once I purchased the product I found nothing good or redeeming about it.

Cons

New versions of the software have many bugs, some of which were reproducible directly on the company's own website and were acknowledged by the company, which makes it obvious there is no quality control or testing. The server-side performance is very poor. Most importantly, the company will not honor its advertised money-back guarantee. I requested a refund 4 days after purchase (out of 14 advertised) and while we no longer have the software, they still have not refunded the money. It looks like they were simply trying to run out the clock so we can't dispute it. I would never use this product in production or do business with this company.
