Overall I think we enhanced our lines of communication which improved our customer service experience snd allowed us to communicate more effectively with our clients

Pros

Clients questions and concerns were able to be addressed immediately and on demand 24 hours a day day and 7 days a week through the chat feature. We felt this improved our customer experience and our sales tactics

Cons

Sometimes the clients did not like that they were interacting via text and wanted to speak over a phone which they thought was more confidential.

Used for a while at a different company for basic live chat. Very 90s etsque.

Pros

If you want a support tool that literally just does live chat, then this is the tool for you. It doesn’t have really any bells and whistles, but does the job.

Cons

As mentioned above, it has no bells and whistles, it just is a live chat tool. Also looks pretty old style

In this day and age it is vital to provide live support to potential customers and clients and this was an easy fix for our business as we did not need anything too complicated or complex.

Pros

LiveSupporti is the "chat" widget we use on our website. It is very okay. It does what it sets out to do with not many bells and whistles. This is perfect if you are looking for something simple and FREE to get the job done. It works perfectly fine for us at this time.

Cons

There are not many options of what you can do with the chat box in terms of design and systematizing. This may be a con if you are looking for a very complex and smart chat wizard.
