I needed something user-friendly that would give me the data I need to coach my staff through the new learning opportunities I'm building out. Both of those things are true so far. Pros The platform doesn't require a steep learning curve to get going, which mattered because I needed my team building and taking courses, not spending time figuring out a new tool. The reporting side is where I've found consistent value. I can see where someone is struggling, which gives me something concrete to work with in coaching conversations rather than going off instinct. That's the shift I was looking for. Data that's actually usable, not just a completion percentage. Cons The settings have a great number of options. There are plenty of things I haven’t tested yet. It’s not an issue as such, but it is worth keeping in mind if you are going into production ASAP. As soon as I asked for information on ProProfs, I was contacted (within an hour) and the offer of a trial, plus numerous virtual meetings, they were awesome. We now have a onboarding program that will be rolled out and will be able to support not only our new employees, but to assist our current employees with a platform to accomplish their training. Pros ProProfs is very user friendly. The creation of courses, assessments, all of the parts needed to build a functional training program, is so easy to use. I never felt overwhelmed, or not-supported. Cons To be honest, I cannot think of anything. I am VERY impressed with the product and support. Pros It was pretty easy to use and set up. It was easy to see who had taken a quiz, what their answers were and what their score was. Customer Service was responsive and helpful. Cons The embedding process was OK but wasn't flawless. The support for embedding wasn't great as I recall. Like, that wasn't one of the main features that they advertised and therefore weren't willing or able to assist. The biggest issue was that I was getting a scroll bar on mobile. Not terrible but didn't look great if you scrolled way down. The functionality was totally fine on mobile though. Review Source Brandy B. Cons There are too many limitations to customize the product from both a learning and branding perspective. Due to time zone differences, getting support within an hour window for a glitch in the system is impossible. Every ticket I submitted took 24-48 hours before I received a response. Not good. Cons 1) There is no real method to verify identities of the exam taker. 2) Can't tie it into our student management system, so we have to enter manually. e knew that going in though. Customer support was responsive and always helpful. Cons I wish I had more customizable choices for branding and user interface layout. Also, the dashboard's reporting interface could have a more attractive visual.
