"OnSite Keeps Track of it All"

Overall: I enjoyed using OnSite daily during my time leasing apartments on property. It was an easy to use and effective tool for getting them smoothly from the tour to the move in.

Pros: When I was leasing apartments on site and had to keep track of many different people's contact information and paperwork a daily, OnSite Property Manager was a really efficient solution for myself and my coworkers.

Cons: The customer service was always great once you are in touch with someone, and I feel like the processes for answering questions I had might have been sped up.

"onsite property manager"

Overall: I like the software. really easy to use and the price is right I would like to see some new features sometimes.

Cons: Dont seem to want to build the product no updates no new features

"Good software for small businesses or start up"

Pros: Price is reasonable for a start up or new business. It takes time to learn all the capabilities and initial set up can take some time so be patient.

Cons: It mirror quick books and seems to have basic abilities, but I prefer a different interface.

"Easy to use "

Overall: It was easy to use to communicat with residents. It was easy to get paper work to applicants and residents.

Pros: I liked that it was easy to use. It is user friendly and all around quick to learn.

Cons: Nothing really. It was easy to use. Love that you can communicat with residents .

"Good Property Management "

Pros: It had all of the features needed for property management. There was excellent feedback given to make sure items were there.

Cons: Sometimes it was a little difficult during the transition.

"My least favorite leasing and rents program"

Pros: User Friendly format, and accessibility.

Cons: Report availability, lay out of program.
