“OnSite Keeps Track of it All”

OverallI enjoyed using OnSite daily during my time leasing apartments on property. It was an easy to use and effective tool for getting them smoothly from the tour to the move in.
ProsWhen I was leasing apartments on site and had to keep track of many different people's contact information and paperwork a daily, OnSite Property Manager was a really efficient solution for myself and my coworkers.
ConsThe customer service was always great once you are in touch with someone, and I feel like the processes for answering questions I had might have been sped up.

“onsite property manager”

OverallI like the software. really easy to use and the price is right I would like to see some new features sometimes.
ConsDont seem to want to build the product no updates no new features

“Easy to use ”

OverallIt was easy to use to communicat with residents. It was easy to get paper work to applicants and residents.
ProsI liked that it was easy to use. It is user friendly and all around quick to learn.
ConsNothing really. It was easy to use. Love that you can communicat with residents .

“Good Property Management ”

ProsIt had all of the features needed for property management. There was excellent feedback given to make sure items were there.

“Good software for small businesses or start up”

ProsPrice is reasonable for a start up or new business. It takes time to learn all the capabilities and initial set up can take some time so be patient.
ConsIt mirror quick books and seems to have basic abilities, but I prefer a different interface.
