It was an easy to use and effective tool for getting them smoothly from the tour to the move in. Pros When I was leasing apartments on site and had to keep track of many different people's contact information and paperwork a daily, OnSite Property Manager was a really efficient solution for myself and my coworkers. Cons The customer service was always great once you are in touch with someone, and I feel like the processes for answering questions I had might have been sped up.
