Pros

The calendar is easy to read and the emails were beautiful. The customer service is very personable. I know I am a customer, but they make me feel like a friend.

Cons

At the time I had to manually input payments into the system, but that may have changed by now.

Pros

SuperINN was our first online reservations system. It was easy to use and made our in-house work load much more streamlined.

Cons

Customer service got increasingly worse and they went out of business causing us to have to find another system without much notice.

Pros

My experience with super inn was Medicare at best. They covered up a credit card phishing scam in 2019 and had millions of credit cards compromised on their watch.

Cons

They have closed for good. Credit card scam and all of their properties they worked with had all their credit cards on file compromised and lawsuits filed.
