Pros: Lots of detailed features that will help any property manager.

Cons: Software was not cloud based as promised.

Training was not a "package." There was no sequential training plan offered -- it was up to me to decide what I needed.

Overall: We were disappointed with Property Genie. It was advertised and sold to us a cloud based program. "Cloud-based" to PG meant installing the program on my server, then using a dropbox system for files. The program also had to be installed and configured on each computer that needed access. That, to me, is NOT cloud based. I configured my computer as they instructed which resulted in many issues with the drop box system I already use in my organization. PG is a great product with many solid features. Customer Support was pretty good. However training was not a "package." There was no sequential training plan offered -- it was up to me to decide what I needed.
