So far so good. Like I said if I am asked to do a bunch of stuff it can be a bit overwhelming to switch from one task to the next.

Pros

I use the product a few times a week for one of my clients when I fill in for Customer Service. The Customer Chat tool is awesome.

Cons

It can get a bit overwhelming and I don't know if I would pay for the service for myself. It is my Client's account that I manage.

Overall experience is good with this application to make my connectivity easy with others.

Pros

Email marketing through Bamboo Cricket is the most cost effective online marketing with easy to use customer service tool that can make connection to each other. This application offers the entire solution with live chat, inbound email and email marketing with very low price per month.

Cons

I think it price should be little bit reduce more because new comer looking for free trial tools first than purchase it.
