They are responsive, making time for me when I have questions or concerns and quite literally take the feedback provided to make the user experience and the platform fit for our needs. They care about ensuring that they deliver a product that is going to help make us more efficient and better able to track and manage employee records of various types. The new competencies and roles layout also makes it easier than ever to layout which roles need which competencies (training/certificates/licenses) and the items still to be delivered are going to enhance the wonderful experience that we are already having. And to top it all off, though I have not met the official mascot in-person, they have an awesome mascot in Scout!
