They are responsive, making time for me when I have questions or concerns and quite literally take the feedback provided to make the user experience and the platform fit for our needs. They care about ensuring that they deliver a product that is going to help make us more efficient and better able to track and manage employee records of various types. The new competencies and roles layout also makes it easier than ever to layout which roles need which competencies (training/certificates/licenses) and the items still to be delivered are going to enhance the wonderful experience that we are already having. And to top it all off, though I have not met the official mascot in-person, they have an awesome mascot in Scout! Pros We have utilized ETM for quite a few years and the value for the money, while getting a level of customer support that no other package provides has been immense in ETM bringing a new level of efficiency to our operation. Its ease of use has made it possible for ECIRM to effectively track and maintain everything from training needs to DOT Driver Files. The accessibility across platforms also is great as we work in diverse environments and areas of the Midwest Cons The thing that I have liked least about ETM is that I didn't integrate it sooner. We were not looking for another video based safety training platform and ETM delivered the exact need that we were looking to fill. This works great if you are only trying to check a box in safety and do everything via videos. That is not how ECIRM likes to do business. ETM provided that solution to allow us to track all types of items beyond the normal system Switched from [J. J. Pros I’ve found the Employee Training Manager software incredibly effective in streamlining our L&D processes. The intuitive interface makes it easy to track employee progress and manage compliance and 'on the job' training efficiently. One of the standout features is the ability to generate detailed reports, which saves time and provides valuable insights into skill gaps and training impact. Additionally, the reminders of expiring compliance training have significantly improved our ability to be proactive and set budgets for the year ahead. It’s a fantastic tool that aligns with our goal of ensuring high-quality, consistent training while minimizing administrative overhead. Cons While this software is fantastic for smaller businesses where the admin set up is manageable for one admin person, a larger company (with more than 100 people) really does require OneCard admin support to ensure the platform is built as required, which is provided at the higher subscription level. As a Company Director it gives me piece of mind on our compliance obligations and the feedback from our training team and Onecard users gives me confidence it is enabling folk to be more efficient in their workflow and give them exactly what they need at the front line. Cons In earlier versions it was unclear how to ensure our data was cleansed and maintained to ensure all is up to date - the platform has a great interface and now also a managed service option so as we grow we have the choice of self-administration using the platform or we can leverage onecards managed service expertise. Pros What I liked most was its intuitive user interface and ease of navigation. The platform is very user-friendly, and the help guide filled the gaps to ensure full use of all features. The reporting tool also enables effective business management and enable clear tracking. Overall, the platform enables a streamlined approach to managing training requirements, tracking and training document management, a valuable tool across an organisation. Cons During my trial of the platform I didn’t encounter any issues or challenges, where i encountered a gap in my understanding the help guide effectively navigated me through. The platform has been intuitive and efficient, with easy navigation and all features worked smoothly. I appreciate the overall design and functionality, and I haven't found any aspects that I would consider drawbacks. It has been a positive experience overall.
