I worked with replica sets, monitoring, slow query analysis, backups, and troubleshooting database performance issues. **Pros:** MongoDB is very flexible and easy to scale for large production workloads. I liked its schema flexibility, replication features, and strong performance for high read/write operations. The aggregation framework also very useful. **Cons:** Memory usage may become high during large aggregations or heavy workloads.
