Easy to use but powerful issue tracker

Comments: Ive used Elementools Issue tracker for about 6 months now. I have to admit I really like it. For one, its pretty easy to use. Ive learnt the whole system in under an hour or so. Two, I like how all the forms are customizable and you can add unlimited fields. Three, it's pretty convenient to have all of Elementool's applications integrated. All in all, a really nice product. Definitely worth the money.

Pros: Customizable easy to use integrated

Cons: The interface looks a bit outdated
