### "Incompetence of Pointerpro"

Frustration, anger, disappointment, etc.

Nothing. There was literally nothing that was positive except their promises.

Cons

Programming competence Customer service Quality of product Cooperative attitude What went wrong?? It would be much easier to say what went right because the list would be virtually nil while the list of what went wrong would be a dissertation. Thanks to Pointerpro and their incompetence in both software programming and customer service, our company took a significant hit reputation-wise and subsequently financially. Over the last 3 years, Pointerpro consistently produced software that did not function as it was supposed to and promised and consistently denied responsibility or accountability. Our firm is a small one or we would have taken them to court and sued them for their incompetence and damages. It is beyond my comprehension how others who have rated them could have had a positive experience unless their programming was so simple and straightforward that a second year college student could have done it. We have customers who have dropped us and their comments were basically this: "As long as you are working with Pointerpro, we will not do business with you despite the quality of your products". Our product is something that is done online and requires functional programming. I would strongly encourage anyone who has anything beyond a simple software solution to go elsewhere.

Pointer Pro has been foundational to the launch of our business, and we look forward to collaborating on the growth of our business and supporting new innovations.

Pros

We have been thoroughly impressed with pointer pros platform and nimble features. We reviewed several other well-known platforms and none could deliver both with robust, calculating abilities and options for creating aesthetic reports. It was the aesthetic options that very much separated pointer pro from the rest. In addition, we were very impressed with pointer pros on boarding process and support of our ideas, helping create a pathway for our success which was crucial.

Cons

Some customer service representatives in the chat lines are either ignorant or lazy. At times, we have been told answers that have been incorrect. This does not apply to \[sensitive content hidden\] who have been really helpful.

### "Comprehensive Functionality "

I came across Survey Anyplace from Google when I was looking for a very interactive survey design logic that chooses random questions from a pool. I have been using it since.

Pros

1\. Very easy to learn the interface. 2. Random select questions from a pool, for complex survey design. 3. Custom questions using coding. For example you can include tables. 4. Fast servers. 5. Very mobile-friendly. 6. Survey Result is very clear, with charts and figures.

Cons

1\. No pre-defined CS design. 2. Costly for some firms.

Pros

Pointerpro allows for the creation of highly personalized surveys and the delivery of customized results reports to participants. The ability to tailor cover pages and adjust the overall look ensures that the final product aligns with our branding. It's the best tool I've so far found for combining both functionality and flexibility in survey reporting.

Cons

Some of the bulleting and numbering formatting features for text in the reports can feel clunky and limiting. Additionally, there is a bit of a learning curve when it comes to programming the system for more complex results calculations. It takes some time to fully understand how to set up these advanced features efficiently.

Very positive. Anytime we have had any hiccups or needed any help, support is responsive and helpful. They also offer unique or custom solutions if you need something different.

Pros

It's one of the very few platforms that allows for instant creation of custom PDF reports based on the survey. PointerPro also frequently updates their platform with new features so it's always fresh.

Cons

The cost. It gets to be a bit more expensive with multiple users and becomes a considerable investment.

It's powerful. We have a simple survey with dynamic outputs & a much more robust survey with a custom PDF report. Both work great!

There are a few quirks of the interface that take getting used to.

We are delighted with SurveyAnyplace. We were using another service for years. SurveyAnyplace offers the "fancy features" which were lacking in the other product. The other product served up the pages so slowly that the user would think the survey broke; SurveyAnyplace is lightening fast. It was a lot of work on our end recreating our surveys when we switched to SurveyAnyplace and then rewriting our database, but it was completely worthwhile. It would be nice with the time difference if product support was available 24/7 or longer daytime hours since we are in California, but it's not critical. They still are responsive and caring.

Pros

I love the speed. Whoosh, whoosh, whoosh, between the pages of the questions. The modern look & feel is excellent. A large variety of question types.

Cons

If I have created a question and subsequently change the question format, you have to recreate all of the answers because they disappear when you change the format. For instance, if you change from a check box to a pull down, the choices disappear and you have to reenter them. Also, if you add a question, and then want to reorder the the questions, you have to redo all of your logic. As I recall, the former product we used required redoing the skip logic, but only to the preceding question.

I liked the efficient and fast setup for a survey, I never used the tool but was able to set up a questionnaire consisting of 12 questions in about 30 minutes. This is a huge time factor in my opinion.

Cons

Nothing so far I really enjoyed using the app.

We currently use Survey Anyplace for questionnaires that allow us to gather information to then relay to our coaches and coachees. This software allows everything that we need and doesn't take away from any other part of the process!

Pros

We use Survey Anyplace often and rely on it heavily for important aspects of our company - we are never disappointed!

Cons

There are a lot of pros to using the software for us, and nothing in particular that we'd point out as a "con" to using the software, we're overall very happy with it and haven't run into any major issues. We use this software for very confidential and important information, there have never been any issues that we've run into that have made it not worth using.

You can do anything you need using Survey Anyplace's options, as long as you can imagine the workflow. So, the limit is your creativity, not the service's functionality.

Pros

Being Zapier-compatible makes Survey Anyplace even a more valuable tool, because you can combine it's native power as a survey tool with several other services to really maximize it's potential. If you have a surveying need, you can surely find a solution within Survey Anyplace's offerings.

Cons

Even though they recently changed it a bit, the UI still feels very old. To be honest, now it looks "modernly old" with the recent change. I think it's the only downside of the service.

Survey Anyplace is far superior to our previous platform. It's faster & an overall better UX which is huge.

Pros

Ease of use. Speed between the questions. Selection of question types. Formatting flexibility. It supports photo uploads; our previous platform did not.

Cons

Tech support is not offered 24/7. Yet, they are quite responsive. It's usually something that isn't urgent. If you reorder questions, you need to redo your skip logic. The phone number field does not meet the North American Standard so it's a little kludge. We've had a few issues with photo uploads.

The quality of the reports generated after each evaluation, now the reports contain detailed and accurate information that has allowed me to easily analyze the results and make informed decisions for my business.

Pros

Wow! I can't believe how easy my job has become thanks to this platform, but what I like the most is its ability to generate custom reports after each evaluation. Previously, you had to spend hours manually reviewing and analyzing test results, but now it's all done automatically.

Cons

The fact that the platform doesn't offer as many design customization options is overwhelming at first but I would also like to have the option to further customize the appearance of my reviews to better fit my brand.

Before PointerPro, we had the expertise to build training self-assessments, but not the technology, and always had to go through custom development. Thanks to PointerPro, we can now build these assessments ourselves and control them entirely.

Pros

It was easy to implement and get started, and I was able to get what I wanted pretty quickly.The report builder is really great, as well as the results dashboard. The customization options can be tricky but once you get the hang of it, the possibilities are huge.Customer service and support is top-notch!

Cons

The survey builder has a couple things that could be improved, not in terms of functionalities, but in terms of UX. Same with the report builder. The support centre could have a more furnished "Advanced" library for users who really want to get the best out of the customization options.

Pros

Its flexibility and ability to do almost anything with this. From surveys, to feedback questionnaire, to performance reviews... we can do it all with this software.

Cons

Its user interface. It takes awhile to learn how to use this software, but once we learn it, it becomes great
