It allows the owners and managers a great range of control over the staff. The newest update allows individual tasks to be assigned to specific employees with deadlines. The program also forces you to look at and constantly evaluate your business from a financial stand point. Cons Bit pricey but you get what you pay for. You want quality this is it. It makes our lives easier, and it costs way less than the program we used to use. Pros We love the way it is so easy to use and easy to learn. Cons There's still some workflow issues and things that are counter-intuitive, glad to see the merging of guru, would like to see that for access as well.
