I have not had any problems with this. We can pull up work orders from several years ago and see photos and all comments associated with a job. That has been helpful with tracking issues that are ongoing. Overall it is a great software to streamline the maintenance requests we get operating multiple condo properties at the beach.

Pros

This software gave our property management business the ability to track numerous work orders for 25 different properties. Front desk staff can enter work orders that are then sent directly to maintenance supervisors for review. This software allowed front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance to track work orders from guests and owners.

Cons

This software was fairly easy to uses. Sometimes we have difficulty assigning new users to the correct job, but we have so many properties that it may be user and not the software's issue.

I have worked over a year with ASGARD, trying to get the proper asset management procedure to our business. Being promised many times to get help from the development team and nothing ever happened. Have been promised a mobile version with barcode scanning, never happened. Have been calling and leaving messages our account manager and have not heard back. Being promised to have reserve studies uploaded into the system, never got a response and upload was never completed.
