If you call them up for support, the first thing the do is try to blame it on your internet service. But we have 6 people in different locations having the same problem

Pros

nothing but the price, and it isn't even worth half of cost

Cons

the dialer s so slow now, it takes 5 min to turn a page and 5 min to start a campaign. The worst dialer I have ever used.

Awful system to work with. Don't pay for it.

Pros

Has a multi line dialer that swaps numbers automatically

Cons

System is EXTREMELY unintuitive. Doesn't allow you to make changes and customize anything. When you're making a call, you can get a call back and NOT BE ABLE TO HEAR THE PERSON YOU'RE SPEAKING TO BECAUSE YOU GET A VERY LOUD RINGING NOISE DIRECTLY INTO YOUR MIC. It feels like they have tried to overcomplicate it to an extreme degree while at the same time they allow you to make 0 customization to how you want the system to work.

Pros

ProspectBoss makes it very easy to do cold calling campaigns. Just upload your CSV list and you are able to start calling. You can also get call recording setup very easily and listen back to it for training or to get better at your calls.

Cons

I don't have anything bad to say about the software to be honest.

We have so much lead data, that it would take years for all of our reps to manually dial them. PB allows us to quadruple our efforts!

Pros

We like the ease of use of this dialer, it's very 'turn-key'. We also like that it quadruples the amount of leads we can call through in a day. Naturally this is a numbers game, so the more contacts you can go through, the more contacts you'll run into. This fits the bill.

Cons

PB Dialer can be buggy at times. Sometimes it won't let me import a file and won't give me a reason why the import failed; and ultimately results in me having to call-in, forward the file, and have them upload it. And when PB imports it, they have no trouble and claim it worked as is. Some guidance on how to fix a failed data import would be nice.

Pros

ProspectBoss is exactly what the name says it is, a PROSPECTBOSS! This software is easy to use and has increased my productivity TREMENDOUSLY!

Cons

It took a while to get comfortable with all of the features as I am still learning about all of its features. However, it isn't overly robust to the point where you get frustrated from all of the available features.
