SalesDialers is a great 4 line power dialer for the price. I enjoy using the software everyday.

Pros

It is a great value for what you get, and I had a huge increase in productivity when I switched to Sales Dialers. I also like the layout and how simple it is to upload and manipulate data.

Cons

It has down time like most internet based dialers, and there is sometimes a delay between a prospect picking up the phone and them hearing my voice. That delay is the thing I like least about the software.

Thanks for taking the time to post a review Andrew... and for the kind words. Regarding the lag time, this is most times a bandwidth problem as we only required 3mbps. Some times our Support Team needs to trouble shoot with an ISP to resolve the problem, but it is a highly solvable problem. We appreciate the feedback.

nothing but the price, and it isn't even worth half of cost

Cons

the dialer s so slow now, it takes 5 min to turn a page and 5 min to start a campaign. The worst dialer I have ever used.

Pros

Super easy to use. Simple access to prospect information, sending an email or a text message. You can run multiple campaigns, record calls and it has time zone restriction as well which makes it easy to stay in compliance.

Cons

I didn't find any in my initial use. I wish the CRM module offered more fields for important client information but outside of that minor issue....the product is a home run

Got tired of having to dial in. It's tedious and it ties up your phone to an extent. Additionally I liked seeing the call being made in action. Which my previous dialer didn't offer.

We have so much lead data, that it would take years for all of our reps to manually dial them. PB allows us to quadruple our efforts!

Pros

We like the ease of use of this dialer, it's very 'turn-key'. We also like that it quadruples the amount of leads we can call through in a day. Naturally this is a numbers game, so the more contacts you can go through, the more contacts you'll run into. This fits the bill.

Cons

PB Dialer can be buggy at times. Sometimes it won't let me import a file and won't give me a reason why the import failed; and ultimately results in me having to call-in, forward the file, and have them upload it. And when PB imports it, they have no trouble and claim it worked as is. Some guidance on how to fix a failed data import would be nice.

Their tech support and customer service are great!

Pros

SalesDialers provides me with accurate contact information (phone numbers) for homeowners whose homes have Expired on the MLS and others who want to sell their home For Sale By Owner. I don't think I could track down that information as easily anywhere else. And I have been able to sell quite a few of the homes whose owners I have contacted through Sales Dialers.

Cons

SalesDialers has some limitations that I wish I could change. I receive all contact info for FSBOS and Expired Listings in two counties. That's not really bad. But I wish I could sort them/organize them, by zip code. I also wish that I could see the address as soon as a number starts dialing, so I could mentally prep before the owner answers. But all that you see is the phone number dialing. When someone picks up, you can see the address and property info, but then I'm focused on the conversation with the person, not the info. I spend hours sorting through properties and prepping the Property information before I dial, so that I can speak intelligently about their home - which they are very interested in selling - and not speak in vague generalities. Location/Price/Quality of the properties is far more important to me than simply dialing thousands of owners about whose properties I know nothing. I keep a notebook of owners and their properties because I have not found that salesdialers makes that information easy to access and organize.

Thanks for taking the time to provovide such a length and detailed review of our CRMdialer. You are correct the CRMdialer only previews the name and the number. Once the call answers the other information populates. However, to give you quick access to the property information we also have integration with Zillow and Trulia where at one click of the mouse you can view all the property information while on the phone with the prospect. Regarding the sorting, these leads are pushed directly into the CRMdialer so sorting prior to is not an option, but we'll effort a way to do so after the import. Thank you for the suggestion.

Not everything is bad they bring us a good variety of options while you are delivering a phone call, you can take notes and more, you can also send a text message to the customer, but it will not be easy

The xlite software never rings with a incoming call, and we installed it on 5 computers around the world,

Not sure what your comment regarding our software is designed to be used by a robot and not a human means, but we have thousands of customers in countless industries with a broad spectrum of computer literacy levels using our software. We take great pride in designing our software so anybody can use it. Although you are correct you do not actually hear the phone ring during calling. However, you do see the status on your computer screen i.e. "calling" or "talking" and as soon as the prospect picks up the phone you do hear the first hello. bieng a new business in the market production costs were critical for startup, the reason i started with salesdialers was because of the cost, always thought that getting a low price meant low quality but it was a surprise to see other similar business owners paying 2 or 3 times more for the SAME data.

In general, this is an excellent service with quality people.

Pros

This software could not be easier to use. Add your list of names to be dialed, choose from the variables in the calling menu, connect with their dialing software and the dialing begins. There are categories from which to choose based on the outcome of the call including the ability to set an appointment with the called party. Clean and easy to use. Reliable. Quick response to questions via chat.

Cons

I've had an ongoing problem that has been unresolved for some time which I suspect may be difficult for tech support, but it is disappointing.

I invested in number and it is not what they say it is I downloaded all the zip codes in the USA I call for roofing companies and set appointments for them for a roof inspection and every zip code I have called in I get average 80% wrong numbers

Yes the can add better numbers to there product

You neglected to mention: We update our lists quarterly. The product is unlimited searches and downloads no contract. You only fulfill the monthly or annual term you choose, can cancel any time via email and won't be billed again. You agreed to our terms and conditions, including refund and cancellation, prior to purchasing where we also provided your next billing date for reference. And we provided you a significant partial refund and large credit to future services. We do apologize if you feel displeased and we do go over and beyond to take care of our customers. SalesDialers.com provides quality data for the price.

Pros

We get daily alerts of FSBO and expired listings daily as well as alerts that a property may have gone back on the market. We use this info to target our marketing campaigns to increase our overall listings.

Cons

The auto dialer is a bit cumbersome to use, and if the internet connection is not very good, the calls get dropped or interrupted.

I am an insurance broker and use this daily to call on leads all over the country. I have had no issues with it and have 3 telemarketers working for me that call on this system 5 days a week. The customer service is also very responsive and quick to fix any issues. I have barely experienced any issues.

Pros

It has been very easy to use for several years. The software is user friendly and very rarely have I experienced any issues of any kind that were not resolved within minutes.

Cons

No problems what so ever with the software.
