Pros Easy of Use, makes dialing easier. Can have up to 4 lines at once, improves talk time! Cons down time, and sometimes dialer is down on weekends and there is no customer service. Despite being in business for over ten years, every now and again we do encounter problems. And unfortunately, we're not a huge company with 24/7 support though we do have substantial growth from year-to-year. This software is easy to use and has increased my productivity TREMENDOUSLY! Cons It took a while to get comfortable with all of the features as I am still learning about all of its features. Pros The ease of calling multiple clients at once Cons The amount of times I have to sign out and sign in order to make it work properly and it lags quite a bit with call quality and also with bringing up information after the campaign has already started. We use it for setting appointments with respective clients or potential clients. The software works great, no glitches, and it certainly meets out needs. The customer/tech service they offer is great. If you have a problem or need something, they are great to work with and respond quickly. I highly recommend ProspectBoss. My business has grown exponentially, as I have been able to make more contacts. In addition, whenever there has been a technical issue, Saledialer technical team has expeditiously resolved the problem. I would recommend Sales Dialer to those looking to enhance their business. Pros The Speed that Salesdialer operates is phenomenal. Cons I do not like the fact that you cannot make conference calls. That said, for the money, I still recommended them to everyone. Pros I like how easy it is to use. I have a separate CRM, so this does the job it's supposed to do, and makes it easy. Cons When I changed my CRM it took a while for customer support to get it to link to move leads over. Many many calls, however it got done. Most of our customers are realtors and do indeed use Agent Circle Prospecting (ACP) for prospecting Just Solds', geo-farming and driving traffic to open houses successfully. You are correct you can not select specific streets... you search an adjustable radius circle around a specific address. This is clearly explained in the demo video on our website available prior to purchase. Lastly, ACP does not provide for a refund due to the nature of the product. We offer unlimited downloads to the continental U.S. with no contract whereas other providers limit you geographically, number of downloads or lock you into a contract. All product features and terms and conditions are available in several places prior to purchase and customers agree to them upon purchasing our software. Pros Has a multi line dialer that swaps numbers automatically Cons System is EXTREMELY unintuitive. Doesn't allow you to make changes and customize anything. When you're making a call, you can get a call back and NOT BE ABLE TO HEAR THE PERSON YOU'RE SPEAKING TO BECAUSE YOU GET A VERY LOUD RINGING NOISE DIRECTLY INTO YOUR MIC.
