Pros I appreciate that with Creately I had access to many different styles of templates for all of the Lean Academy and Six Sigma projects our department was embarking on. It saved a lot of time and energy to start with a template, rather than start from scratch. Cons Trying to make small edits (like font size and style) were very difficult, which made getting the finished product where I wanted a little frustrating. Pros I don't have experience with similar tools to compare. Cons \- Pricing plans don't show limits in detail before use. When you are in half of the work done it show to upgrade the plan. It's not honest and transparent way how to treat users. - Adding collaborators doesn't work. After the invite, the other person with the received link doesn't see the document to work together. It is very interesting tool. Pros Creately is easy to use software with great features and functionalities. It is capable of handling external images. That is the best feature that I am interested in. Have inbuilt templates is also a great feature. Cons New interface lacks features that the older one. The monthly fee is fair and the desktop price is extremely good when you consider that Visio costs around 300$. Love the usability of the interface. The diagramming area is large and far less cluttered. I like the concept of loading libraries as necessary because not only it saves space but help you find shapes faster. A little toolbar that appears when you select an object makes diagramming very easy. In 1 click you can create the next object and it will be automatically connected for you. Very convenient and saves many clicks and drags. Tried the real-time collaboration with a buddy of mine and it was a fun experience. Seeing each others changes as it happens it very productive. Overall well worth the price and highly recommended for teams. My part of the project was to make up brochures. I was able to make very professionally looking brochures using Creately. I recommended Creately to my group. It will make future projects easier for them and me. Many of them have school-age children who will be needing to use something like this, too. Pros It was fairly easy to use and has several options available for designs for projects. Cons Occasionally, when I'd try to "tweak" a little place on my project it would mess up the whole thing. It's not user friendly at all" August 12, 2022 3.0 I wouldn't recommend this unfortunately. Lots of user issues and freezing. Pros Free to use. Offers many diagrams to choose from Cons UI is not great. Hover features are not user friendly in the slightest, reaction times are poor and the interface freezes regularly. I understand I cant expect much from a free software but I would rather use Miro since this software fails to deliver. Wouldn't recommend. Cons When you put more informations than the template have, the software begins to be really slow and to have some bugs (e.g., some lines starts to disappear or to go in the wrong image).
