Several available examples and templates help to complete user ideas in very short time. Colors and designs give amazing appearance to the work, user can save several jobs on line to use the on demand at any place or work station. Good support for common questions. You can start with a blank slate and build whatever you want--different shapes, colors, and in any format you want. My software flow doesn't have to fit into a cookie cutter diagram. Cons Sometimes the software fights me back. It will try to guess how I want an arrow to go and then won't allow me to modify it. In turn, I sometimes have to delete it altogether and start again. Pros It gave me the ability to diagram concepts. Cons I was not using this enough to justify the yearly price. Unfortunately, I forgot about my automatic renewal and wanted to immediately get a refund. They told me that this runs contrary to the company refund policy. Beware automatic renewals. Not worth it. Whenever I tried to save, it would save as, and would often replace the previous version, which I did not know how to access. Sharing the document was also a bit of a hassle. I expected it to at least function at a baseline, but this product is almost unusable! They also don't have even chat support, which seems like something a SaaS company should have.
