We're thrilled you liked the templates, customization options etc. As for the limitations, in free plans you're allowed to create only 5 diagrams. It's setup that way so a casual user can create a few diagrams while a professional user who needs many diagram have to pay for it. We need to pay bills too :-) . It includes various features that cover different needs. Furthermore, diagrams created in jpg can be exported for free. Cons The free version does not include collaboration features with other users.
