The biggest thing with such software is to have minimal friction in crunch scenarios, for which Creately works exceedingly well. Pros I loved the ability to quickly jump in and get a quick flowchart/product map/org tree made, no frills, no fuss. That comprises 70% of my use cases with only 30% of them involving more in depth work, for which it has held up so far. Speed of getting from login to a readymade basic flowchart is the reason I've stuck with this product so far. Cons It isn't integrable with onedrive, which is also used by my organisation. It's not a blocker by any means, but widespread compatibility and support is the biggest issue I face when using Creately.
