Ease of searching through resumes submitted and ability to post ads on several sites at once. We have used Logicmelon for about 10 years and we have renewed it yearly because it works great for us.
Great product - easy to navigate and train new users - easy to modify with company structures and changes - Support is outstanding.

I was also advised that I am using an old version of the system, and you were going to contact my ATS provider to see what could be done to upgrade me - I've heard no more since.
The only dislike is the time between posting to Logicmelon and when the post actually show up on paid websites can be several hours.
The platform doesn't integrate well with our ATS and various job boards, we are still having to manually manipulate candidate data and consistently follow up on glitches.
"Tech supported by great staff"
Overall: I can only recommend. The onboarding is a big job but LogicMelon will do as much or as little as you want. All included in the cost.
Pros: The customer service from any of the staff is outstanding. The system does what it needs to do but the staff make it easy to get help and solve any challenges.
Cons: The dashboards are great day to day. There are many reports to download data from but can be a challenge to understand what reports to use for data. However, the support staff will run and export for you if you the task defeats you.

Overall: We had a brilliant experience with [sensitive content hidden] during the sales process while we were considering various options. Her friendly, down-to-earth and not super sales-y demeanour was definitely a factor in us choosing LogicMelon over other providers. The price is also very good, no hidden costs. The platform itself is intuitive, easy to get a hang of and get the team up and running. And the team are so friendly and helpful when it comes to answering queries, handling issues, etc. We always get a response very quickly to any emails we send.
Pros: Ease of use, ongoing account management and service is great, quick responses to issues and queries, friendly team
Cons: Issues with Bullhorn integration and parsing CVs more often than we'd like but it's always resolved in the end. The job advertising form misses a lot of fields from the various job boards - understand this is to streamline the advertising process but we've been advised that missing out some of these fields can have a negative impact on the number of applications we receive. (e.g. screening questions on Indeed, Remote Job tickbox on Reed)

Overall: A great multi poster tool - we have used for many years. Competitively priced and first class customer service.
Pros: Easy navigation of the portal - making posting jobs so quick.
Cons: I cannot fault Logic Melon - nothing springs to mind
